Waiting for over an hour now DURING business hours and there is no one arround. Ive wasted time and gas coming here and the gates are locked.The office door sign says they're open, the sign on the wall, next to the door, says office hours are 12-4. The gate has a paper sign on it that says we now need a 4 digit code to get past and to call the office or stop by for the code.By the way, gate access to our units is 8am to 8pm every day, even on holidays, according to the answering machine. Looks like access hours are now 12pm, or whenever, to 4pm, maayybeeee? Unless you know the mysterious lock code...The two people I talked to with customer service dont know anything about a code, but said they would try to get a hold of someone.Amping up security is very good and welcome, but maybe send out a notice to your tenants, as you do every month or like you do when you increase the rent...

First off ..this is my first time renting a storage unit, and its by far the best decision I made when choosing one..from phone call to in person every one is sooo friendly and welcoming and very family like..I would recommend them to anyone ? thanks you guys for making me feel welcome ? The people who run the storage units are so friendly and take great care of the units! They even give you a very nice lock for your unit, and they make sure your stuff is safe. Definitely recommend!

This place is amazing and the owners are so sweet and patient and understanding! They really made it comfortable and easy for me to get a unit (at not a bad price either) and they made me feel welcome!!!! I highly recommend this storage company

I have rented storage through most of the places in the harbor. Abc is the best, the new management makes it even better. I've got to say they are the most understanding and sincere about whatever I've gone to them about. Shannon and his better half are going to make me miss having to store my belongings. I'll miss there warm welcome each visit.

I was pro abc mini storage for quite awhile and even referred a few friends... But after their "secure storage unit" was somehow no longer secure...theft .... the problems started... So I am very disappointed and then after my experience I will never reccomend this facility to anyone.

I am very happy with the prices, cleanliness, and service I received at ABC Mini Storage. When I first opened the door to my unit is perfectly clean and secure. The site manager did a great job helping me understand their system. I highly recommend them.
