I bought my truck from here last year. I just finished a trip to Seattle and by the time I got home it was running rough. No mechanics had availability for a couple of weeks. I stopped in randomly, close to closing time and the main guy running the show was amazing. ( I forget his name but he deserves credit for sure) he is Always friendly and willing to go out of his way. . Nathan, I think the mechanic, popped the hood. Found the vacuum line that was burnt through and bad in less than a min. They had me back on the road very quickly. Both of these guys saved me in a very stressful situation. I wouldn't hesitate to trust them with purchasing or fixing any vehicle..
Thank you guys. Seriously. For the help!

Absolutely the best customer service!!
I recently purchased a used silverado, and an issue arose with the vehicle, which was not due to any miscommunication on their part. sometimes unforeseen stuff just happens. I have to say the whole staff, from sales to repair were absolutely amazing. they stood behind their vehicle and repaired it at no cost to me. I will also say, it was not an easy fix or cheap. They were professional and accommodating through out the whole process. Even providing a loaner vehicle while repairing mine. I would not hesitate to give them my business in the future.

Straight talk covering all my options. Quick, only taking a few minutes to verify my credit scores for qualification needed. We got what we wanted with a low mileage, good looking car and for a fair price, which included a 35,ooo mile maintenance and repair insurance. I would tell my Mom to visit Aberdeen Auto Sales first.
