Aberdeen Goodwill is a Tacoma-based nonprofit thrift store that operates as part of Goodwill of the Olympics & Rainier Region. It focuses on providing job training and placement services for the unemployed in the area. Customers appreciate the store's large selection of clothing, glassware, and baskets, and many find the atmosphere friendly and welcoming. The store has undergone significant improvements, with many reviewers noting it's now clean, well-organized, and has helpful staff. The pricing is a mixed bag, with some customers feeling certain items are priced too high, while others appreciate the frequent sales and discounts, such as the 25% off coupon available on Fridays. However, there are some concerns about accessibility, particularly for the elderly and disabled, due to tight packing of merchandise on racks and limited check-out staff. Additionally, the store lacks public restrooms, which some customers find inconvenient. Overall, Aberdeen Goodwill is seen as a valuable resource in the community, offering a wide range of products and contributing to local job training initiatives. Despite a few areas for improvement, many shoppers are happy with the changes and the shopping experience.
Where is your security when you need them?? I came here yesterday just looking around. This Mexican man was bothering a blonde lady. She told him leave me alone. She walked out and the man kept going up to ladies bothering them. Please hire a security guard in your store. Thank you!!

The book and DVD section is very clean and somewhat organized. Lots of romance books separated and then other fiction lumped together. Home goods area was very messy and hard to find anything not on top shelf.
