I WOULDNT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE. Some friends and I rented a unit because we have a lot of clothes and not enough space. So we rented a unit, and first month was ok. Then as we had to go to the unit often to grab clothes and gear for work, that we couldn't be there more than 2 hours or they was calling the police. Then claimed we left food in the hallway when neither of us ever brought food or drinks inside. Charged us outrages late fees. If you need a new lock they will charge you $50. Then claimed we had fecies in our unit, which was so disrespectful and outrageous we couldn't even believe it. Then we thought 🤔 they claimed to have given us both keys to the lock on the unit. So how did they get into our unit? Then used that fake claim to evict us.

Great place with nice people. No protection from moisture though so fabric and posters and stuff are not recommended

The manager of this facility is very informative and helpful with answering our questions, and the unit was an inside unit where the hallway was clean as well as the unit that we were given. Overall it was a nice visit that ended with us getting a unit.

Good phone service! I was able to rent. A unit I wanted in less than 30 mins.

It's kept clean. But they get real crazy if you end up having to be there past closing! There are no lights in the units makes seeing a pain when your in the back of a bigger unit. It's windy and the train is super loud when it goes by the units have no temp control and the floor can wick moisture up in to cardboard so you have to put pallets or something down to set your boxes on. The owner is nice the lady that works there is not so nice.

Never ever had an issue with this company and I've been with them for 5+ years. My unit has never had any bugs or rodents, very clean. Debbie is very nice and professional..highly recommend

I'm unsure if your associate Debbie can see my reviews but she needs a raise, you can't beat her customer service, very fast, informative, and kind personalized service. She even walked me to my unit. Thank you Debbie ?
