within 5 minutes of me being in the store, the young lady came up and took my items to keep at the till. made me extremely uncomfortable. she was also constantly watching me like a hawk, making me feel as if she was suspicious of me stealing.i drive a 40k vehicle sweetheart, i don’t need to steal $3 pens.way to make your paying customers feel extremely uncomfortable in their own skin.will not return, ever.

I was extremely unhappy with the service I received from Aberdeen office equipment. The gals in the front are very friendly and accommodating but the owner is another story. He refuses to call our facility prior to sending a tech out to service our unit. When informed that people are not usually present in the office, thus we would need a heads up prior to a tech arriving, he simply said that's just too difficult. " When we are in the area, we stop in at our convenience," was his answer. He also said we could simply go find someone else to service our copier. Very unhappy with the owner and lack of customer service. We are taking our business elsewhere!

I just have to say Aberdeen Office Equipment is Top Notch!! They have been delivering and servicing our copy machine for years. Anytime we need something or have a breakdown Buzz is to the rescue. AOE and their team are Awesome. Thank you for everything you do for us.

Family owned, family loyal even when their family treats customers with arrogance, rudeness and arguments. It all started with a printer breakdown on very busy day which is bad enough. But the ladies in the office offered to set us up down the road with a tutorial session on how the machine works since our manual if there ever was one, got thrown out with new regimes in the past. The delivery fellow came with the toners and showed me how that all works then said he was told we needed to be shown how to delete people from the email cue. I thought he would have me stand at the entry panel and do as he instructed but he did all the work which I couldn't see because of the glare and the small print. He pressed some numbers, I asked if I should know how to do this and he said no as it is an administrative function. I am the administrator for the front office so shouldn't I know. He said I could screw up the whole network. At that point I just went back to my work. Shortly, he asked me what names I wanted deleted. I said yes to the ones I wanted but wasn't sure what he was doing. I lost my temper which wasn't right and asked him to jack off the attitude when I meant to say back off with the attitude. He took as I called him a jack off. The director was in his office in a meeting and looked through the window at us. He heard what was going on. I finally said next time we have need of service I will ask that they don't send him. After he left, I called the office and reiterated what happened. The office person was very pleasant, but the manager was on the phone at the moment. I asked if she wanted to hear what I had to say and she said to continue. I got a call back from the owner who basically told me that after having talked to the office workers there that I was the one who called AOE people jerks which never came out of my mouth and that the delivery man was his son and that he will always side with his son. In fact if I wanted a tutorial that I would have to go through the installer. I can only assume that they installed it because it has their name all over the machine. "We have been in business for 49 years and are an established well respected business in this community. I don't know if you have a contract with us but there are many other options around here if you don't like the service." "It is obvious that you are a pistol." These quotes are from the owner. As a nonprofit that provides a much needed service in providing food to five counties, it is disappointing to have a business treat it's customers with such disregard and make up lies about it's customers instead of treating feed back as a learning opportunity to improve upon their service. There probably are better options which we are definitely going to explore.
