A few years ago I needed to take my 1 KW into a dealer for AC repair. I own 4 semis but only 1 back then was a Paccar truck. It didn’t matter to them, Marleen treated me as if my 1 truck was all that mattered. They genuinely care about the owner operator. My down time is always super short vs the down time at the shops my new Mack’s have.
I’ve always been afraid of dealerships for being greasy and over billing but this is the absolute most honest and fair dealership I’ve ever used. On the RARE occasion they make a mistake, they call me ASAP, own up to something they did wrong, and then make it right. Most other dealers will throw parts at trucks and if it doesn’t fix it they’ll cover it up and make it like the truck needed more than the original issue. I feel secure when I drop my truck off here because I know they’ll fix it right and stand behind their work and diag. It’s because of Marleen and Bill that i bought 2 more Peterbilt with paccars in them. Because I know they can take care of them. (I’d buy kenworths but for now I’ve only found deals on 389s). I most likely won’t buy any more Mack’s even tho half of my fleet is Mack because how bad the service department is at TEC. And the second they are out of warranty they will be coming to Pape Aberdeen to get work on them. Because even these amazing techs who have no Mack training at this KW dealership is a safer bet than the monkeys running around TEC Equipment.
