We have been very happy with Ferrellgas these past two years. They are always prompt and friendly when they come out to fill my propane tank and customer service in the office has been very helpful every time I have any questions. Highly recommend this propane company, and I like the added bonus that this is a local company.

Great service, they brought propane early! Every employee has been very professional and to the point. I been going through grief because family member died and every employee express empathy! It has been very hard times.

We are very happy with Ferrellgas. We do not have to check our tank and call them. It is totally automatic. They do everything for us. And the driver is respectful of our drain field.

I tried Ameragas first it was terrible you can read my experience on them but these guys are great local English speaking people who know what your talking about and not just looking at a computer to tell them what to say great price and service thank you

After a two week debacle with our previous supplier (10+ year customer) we were referred to Ferrellgas. They filled our tank within 72 hours, couldn't have been nicer and more professional! Usually I ask if there's a -ZERO- Star rating when I write a review: these guys deserve 10 STARS!

I am moving to Ocean Shores next week. I called to set up an account, and schedule the propane tank to be filled. The customer service rep was fantastic. She went over size of tank, how much to fill the tank, and provided generalizations about usage over the last 2 years. Great Customer Service is actually pretty easy. It is astonishing how rare it can be.
