I bought my truck there and took it in for a service they called me later that day and said my truck needed the transmission replaced and the rear end needed rebuilt and it was gonna cost over $12,000 I said no I’ll take it to get a second look and they were really assuring that it’s needed to be replaced right now. I still took it somewhere else and got told that the engine was throwing a code and the coils and spark plugs need replaced did that and the truck runs good and nothing wrong with the transmission and the mechanic took the rear differential plate off and found nothing wrong with it. They save me thousands of dollars that five star lied and tried to take from me. I was also charge $480 for the tech to drive my truck around town and listen to it just to come back and say it’s the transmission and rear and said it took over 2 hours for the diagnostic I asked if the the tech did anything else to diagnose the truck and the service guy said no. I would never take a vehicle there to get serviced or recommend anyone. update…. AGAIN NOTHING WAS WRONG WITH THE TRANSMISSION AT ALL!!!! Five star LIED it was the engine throwing a bad coil code. They scam people and into buy and repairing parts that’s aren’t even broken. Trying Get the most money out of someone.

Went here to buy my second Dodge Ram 1500 pickup. 2025 Ram. Got a good deal. Drive was worth effort. Go see these folks if you want a Dodge or Ford.

I had a great experience trading in and buying a new truck from here. I was coming from 2 hours away and they were willing to provide numbers over the phone which was very appreciated because other dealers just try to get you in the store promising you a “good” deal. Throughout the whole process they were never pushy and were very straightforward. Everyone here was very friendly from the people on the phone to the sales manager and my sales guy Marshal. Thank you for the great deal and a pleasant experience!

A repair that I had done at Five Star was not done well and trying to get the issue resolved has been ridiculous. Overall the customer service I have received around this issue from Five Star has been sub par and if I could give less than one star I would.

Super awesome Chevy dealership! When you go ask for Trent! He is such a good guy. He’s new to asking cars but he’s super sincere and wants to help you get what you want. I went with my two little kids and he supported me so much to keep them happy and having a good time . Also the finance Guys we’re awesome ! When you buy a new vehicle it’s a big thing , and they all came together to help me have a awesome experience!
