Maintenance appointment was set up online. They send several reminders prior to appointment. The actual appointment was fairly quick and convenient. They have a waiting room with seats, a tv, and an espresso machine.
I have to amend review. I tried several times to make a service appointment via website and telephonically. Of course website kept starting over and would never set up appointment. I then called twice at different times and days and no one picked up.
An Ava Parker texted me and indicated she would have a service advisor contact me. Of course there was zero follow up. Very disappointed and ended up taking my vehicle to a business that appreciates its customers.

The only reason I’m giving this place 3 stars is because Cody from the Rental Department was very professionally and I could tell that he really loves his job and enjoys helping people.
On the other hand, Steven Yearout from the service Department is the probably one of the worst human beings that I have ever worked with in any dealership. I’m used to excellent customer service from the Toyota of Renton and Seattle. This unfortunately was not the case.
My Toyota Prius battery died while on a work trip in Aberdeen, 150 miles away from home. This was the closest Toyota Dealership that my car could be towed to.
I called the service dealership first thing on Thursday morning and spoke to Steven who ended up assigned to my car. I informed him that I spent the night in a hotel and needed to head back home to Seattle. He told me “ All over sudden you have things you need to do.” He told me that my car could take 1-2 days and I would have to wait for it. I asked him if I could get a rental car as I actually do not live in Aberdeen. He yelled “ We just don’t give out cars just because you need one.” This has never been the case with the other dealerships that I deal with. I informed him that I was willing to pay out of pocket instead of getting stuck in Aberdeen. I ended getting the rental car and drove home.
Calls to the service desk are never answered or are simply ignored to give you an update on what is going on with your vehicle unlike other places that sent you text messages.
On Friday around Mid day, Steven called me to inform me that my car was ready and the rental was covered under my warranty but if I was to drop it off the next day, then I would have to pay the extra cost.
I’m not sure how things are ran in this dealership but I sure hope that i will never get stuck in Aberdeen or deal with Steven ever again.
I hope Steven Yearout can attend some anger management courses or perhaps learn how to deal with people.

I always use whatever toyota dealership is closest to me. AVOID this dealership. #1 A week and a half to schedule an oil change????
#2 Or drop it off, so you have no vehicle for the day with no access to even a shuttle to go home and wait.
You know its just easier to drive to olympia and get my oil changed there. That toyota dealership is just as busy, but always seems to be able to handle drive up oil changes. I've waited once a whole hour and a half. So yeah, this dealership AVOID AT ALL COSTS UNLESS YOU WANT SUBPAR SERVICE AT THEIR LEASURE...NO RESPECT FOR THE WORKING INDIVIDUALS TIME....

Very positive experience! Nolan was very responsive and gave a very competitive price over email and phone. We drove a couple of hours to do the purchase and it was great to see that they stuck to agreed upon pricing, did not try to upsell. Shane took care of us when we came to the dealership and he was fantastic. Took good care of us and helped us complete the transaction quickly and smoothly! Highly recommend!

Was very easy to work with the sales team and manager to find the right car that fit our budget and our family. We have been going to Five Star for many years for all our service needs. They are always very helpful and get things done in a timely manner.

I'm auto illiterate and anything beyond basic car maintenance gives me hives :)
This is the second time I've had to take my car into this service department and I very much appreciate the way their techs have met me at my level both times and helped to alleviate my anxiety.
I don't want to wish continual repairs on myself, but my dealership is a couple hours away and it really helps to know if something comes up that there is a great option that is so close to home.

When we were looking to buy a new 2024 Corolla Cross Hybrid, we never imagined that we would end up finding it in Aberdeen--about a hundred miles from our home in Seattle. And when we DID find the car we wanted online at the Five Star Toyota dealership, we were a little nervous: can we trust these guys enough to buy a car from them without ever having met them or seen the car in person? Are we going to get blindsided with hidden fees or pressured into extra costs when we make the trek all the way out there to buy the car? Turns out we had nothing to worry about--just like other reviewers have said, Matt Johnson's honesty and helpfulness made it a great buying experience. He sent us photos of the car, promptly answered all our questions, and gave us an excellent price that was even better than we expected. When I got out to Aberdeen courtesy of their free shuttle (thanks and best wishes Bob--it was great talking with you on the ride out!) all the team members (including Brian in finance) were friendly and professional and there was no pressure or unpleasant last minute surprises. They mentioned that they have people coming from as far away as Oregon to buy their cars there, and now I know why. Highly recommended!
