Pretty sure the idea of letting patients who contracted COVID die alone ended a long time ago. Recently admitted dementia patient on hospice now has tested positive for COVID and they refuse to allow visitors. For a hospice patient. Deplorable.

While I was at this facility checking on my mom they were very good to her and some of the staff went above and beyond for us. I really appreciate everything they did for my mom for the short time she was there.

I work for Caring Hearts Medical Staffing, and I work very closely with the staffing coordinator Arlene. This facility is impeccable and provides amazing service! All my clinicians are so happy to work at such a great facility that cares about their residents and all the staff we send there! I couldn’t be more thankful to be side by side partners with this amazing facility!

I work very closely with the Administration, Andrea is AMAZING! Arlene is a wonderful staffing coordinator and works great with my staff. I am the Director of Operations at Caring Hearts Medical Staffing. Grays Harbor Health & Rehab treats our clinicians great and is always accommodating in any situation that has occurred!!

I have personally worked at this facility for over a year now and am so thankful I was given the opportunity to work here. This is the place that I began my nursing/CNA career and I wouldn't trade it for the world. I've learned so much working with such amazing coworkers and I've adored every resident I've had the chance of meeting. Shoutout to the best CNA's you could meet Tuesday and Dena! <3

My great aunt Luanne has been here for about two years. She always says the staff treats her very well, and goes above and beyond. Her therapy team has always been amazing, and she loves all of them. Thank you for taking care of my auntie!

Grays is a good place to work. Coworkers are courteous and kind. As head nurses go, Kelli is very approachable and attentive. As residents are concerned...our people stay active & engaged
