About Grays Harbor Inn & Suites
Grays Harbor Inn & Suites offers a convenient and budget-friendly stay with spacious rooms and a good location. Guests appreciate the size of the rooms and the overall value for the price. While the inn is not a luxury destination, it has seen improvements in cleanliness and updates to appliances. Some visitors have noted concerns about the cleanliness of carpets and strong cleaning odors in certain rooms, but many found the upper rooms acceptable.
The service can be hit or miss, with some guests mentioning a lack of staff availability at times. However, when assistance is needed, the front desk staff is generally prompt in responding. The atmosphere is mostly quiet, although some guests reported disturbances in the parking lot.
Facilities like beds and air conditioning have received mixed reviews, with feedback highlighting hard mattresses and noise from the AC unit. Overall, Grays Harbor Inn & Suites may be a suitable option for travelers seeking a simple place to stay for a night, offering decent amenities at reasonable rates.

This not a 5 star place, but I am giving 5 stars because of size of the rooms, location and the service. Great value for the $. Carpet was a little stained but you had no offensive odors. No loud street noise, no undesirables in the area.Rooms: Rooms were very big.Safety: Large parking spaces. Felt safer than in town.

This place is ok if your just stopping for the night. They have really seemed to have cleaned the place up quite a bit! Not a bad place of course it’s no Hilton but the price is right go for it!
