This is the WORST business ever! I rented a car from there online and was supposed to pick it up the following morning at 10am and return it 3?days later. They took my credit card payment and the following morning I took a cab to pick up my car. I arrived and was told they did NOT have any cars available to rent!! This is the 3rd time I've attempted to rent a car there and they did NOT have any vehicles those times either!! I told their employee how upset I was about this and he agreed and thud me he actually only has ONE RENTAL VEHICLE!!! I suggested they don't advertise rental cars since there aren't any and furthermore their website needs to tell the potential customer they do not have any rental vehicles instead of charging your credit card and leading you to believe there's a car waiting on your arrival!!! EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL and lame all the way around!! I'd rate them a ZERO if possible so don't waste your time with BOGUS BUSINESS!!!!

The lady from five star that "works" the hertz rental car desk doesn't know what she's doing. I received a call stating I had a bigger vehicle and could exchange it any time, so I show up at 8am and the guy who is actually from hertz isn't there and will be late. So I tried offering a solution just to return the rental I had and to sign out another one and that broke her brain. She said she doesn't know how to do any of that, funny thing is I saw her giving another person of rental car Monday so she does know how to issue a rental car.This whole rental process with them has been an absolute joke. I turned in an eight passenger vehicle to be worked on and they didn't have one ready for me when five star claimed they flagged my account twice. So I got stuck with a five passenger car I have a family of six. Their incompetency is baffling. If you can go anywhere else.

Good customer service. Easy to reserve online and pick up, the rep at this location explained everything and made it a quick and pleasant experience. I was worried since I only reserved it a few days prior but the car was ready to go when I arrived. Thank you for providing a good and needed service.

Conner took my name and number said he would have a car available in a few days and would get ahold of me. Never called never made contact with me 2 weeks later. Useless service no help in my time of need . With a flat fee 75$ would love to see another rental car come to area

Never use this hertz i repeat NEVER use this dumpster fire of a business, They accepted our reservation took our money and points and when we got to their office to pick up our vehicle they were closed. And didn’t offer any other alternative They ended up making us stranded in that area for a few hours

My wife and I have rented cars from this particular Hertz several times and the staff has always been friendly and professional. They are also quick to get you out the door and on the road.

Cody has been great to work with. Call before you book! This location never has what you can reserve on the website.

It shows their hours are Sat 9am-noon. Hertz accepted a reservation and they were actually closed with no other option to pick up a car. Pretty awful customer service.

Zero stars. Disappointed in Hertz! Will not recommend this Hertz or any HERTZ to anyone. Staff was friendly but did not seem to care that they could not provide the car we reserved a month in advance nor were they interested in fixing the issue they created. Too bad Hertz is the only rental in Aberdeen. Will not rent from HERTZ again. They have lost a long time customer.
