“I went into Aberdeen Home Depot to buy just plain red bricks but I couldn't find them. Went to the customer service desk to inquire and turns out the bricks showing available were the last 200 and put away due to damage or imperfections. At that point, Mary took over and ordered me 50 bricks online and when a new shipment came in they would pull them and have them ready for me to pick up within a few days. Mary is a complete asset to Home Depot. She not only took care of me, going above and beyond but she continued to run the customer service desk like a pro. I left Home Depot feeling like it was indeed a Mary Christmas. Thank you!”
