They stood behind the work they did on our Highlander. We’re more than happy with the repairs they made. Dealing with the insurance was easy. The shop did most of the talking and that was great! I 100% recommend Northwest Collision in Aberdeen Washington. The ladies that are in the office are very helpful & knowledgeable this is the only repair shop we’ll be going to.

I just had my car repaired with Northwest Collision in Aberdeen. They did a great job on my vehicle, and it's nice to see my car without the rear-end damage. The color match is perfect. They made me feel like they wanted my business and appreciated the trust I placed in them. Honestly, I thought I would have to go to Olympia for this level of body work, but I read several online reviews and decided to give them a call. I'm glad I did, since they're local. I will be sure to recommend them to any friends/family who need work done.

Northwest Collision did a great job communicating with the insurance company so I didn't have to. The repairs are great as well, and fabulous customer service also. Definitely the best in Grays Harbor.

If I could give 100 stars, I would. The best staff, who do the best work. Not only were they accommodating, they were reassuring and communicative throughout the whole process. After another local company screwed my car up, Northwest Collision fixed her up brand new! Couldn’t imagine going anywhere else after this. 😊

Awesome work on my new vehicle that got backed into in a parking lot! I was worried the paint would be difficult to match due to it having pearl in it. They DID A PERFECT JOB! Thank you Northwest Collision?? The employees are SO COURTEOUS and KIND??

Although they were not able to help me with my RV modifications they were friendly and helpful.
The last time I brought my Winnebego in for major repairs they restored it to like new in a timely fashion. They worked with my insurance. I would go there again.
