Booking was easy and instantaneous. Immediately had my gate code and was able to move my stuff into a storage unit the same day. Clean facility and easy access. Can't recommend it enough.

I recently rented with this horrible place. Online while renting,it said I had open access. It was NOT EVEN A WEEK that after paying in full for a month I had came to my storage with my lock cut off and 2 new ones on. They falsely accused me of staying in my storage which I NEVER HAVE!!I thought I had open access due to a walking gate that did not lock and the electric gate had a sign saying gate access 6-9. So no warning just a violation of privacy and a cut of the lock and I'm out the full rent?! How foul. I highly recommend against it. If you have issues you will never reach the management personally on the phone. It's ridiculous and they are no better than thieves

I'm very pleased with my experience at this storage unit so far. It is a clean facility and reasonable in its price. My items feel safe and secure and they even provided a free lock which was fantastic because the kind I had on hand was too big. So far the communication has also been good, like a reminder about the rent coming up. I gave four stars only because the location is a little tricky to get to if you are coming from the east but easy if from the west. All in all I am pleased.

It’s the only place in Aberdeen/Hoquiam area that you can rent a storage 100% online 24/7. Things can change in a moments notice and I’m glad I was able to rent a storage 100% online without having to see anyone and was able to move in right away. Thanks Olympic self storage

I don't have any personal experience with this storage facility, I was only a good Samaritan that saw an 18 wheeler pulled in front of this facility on the side of the road and pulling out to regain the flow of traffic on hwy 12 when I saw 3 separate fires ???. I pulled over calling emergency services as one was near the entrance, another by a power pole and the last near the cut back sticker bushes and the fence line. I can only imagine with the dry weather and perhaps hot breaks that combo caused sparks to fly leading to these fires starting. A few other good samaritans offered help as I had my hazard lights on and we were dousing the fires with bottled water and a 2 gentleman also assisting with an extinguisher and stomping the wet ground. An officer did come on the scene to ensure they were put out and confirm the call.
I've always seen this place to be clean and secure in its appearance there is plenty of blacktop separating the storage facility from the fence line and away from the side of the road so I wasn't concerned with it passing to the storage facility, but I wasn't going to drive by with oh calling it it or do nothing.
I would say check the facility out and see if it fits your needs , it has a clean exterior and clean grounds and that is encouraging just as an outside presentation. I can't give 5 stars as I have no experience with the facility and I can't say anything negative about my experience with their business.
Just wish the party responsible for these 3 fires in front and at the entrance and in front of this facility would have stepped up.
I don't know if it was the trucker trucker I saw pulling away, having caused the fires or not, but let's all be responsible and respectful -please secure your loads and if you see smoke and flames or smoldering it can lead to devastating results and impacts.

We were moving to the area and needed short-term storage while we were house shopping. Our experience with Olympic self storage has been fantastic from beginning to end. Easy online sign up and great communication throughout the whole process.
Our unit was clean and dry, and everything was perfect for us during a stressful time.

Unprofessional, when I signed up, I informed them that I get paid on the 15th of every month, they informed me that there would be a late fee added, which I was OK with, I called the other day to have them run my card on file, they did not run it.....On top of that, instead of giving time to pay the bill, they lock the gate code immediately, without warning, and no notice of it being locked out. If it was coming closer to the new billing date, then it's understandable, but just being a couple of days behind because I haven't been paid from work yet? Not cool, I'd give zero stars if I could, would never recommend this place......
