Paul went up and beyond expectations to take care of us. My husband and I were on our way home from camping and pulling a fifth wheel when our truck started having issues. We ended up getting towed to Paul's Auto repair and he was able to diagnose the problem. He normally closes at 5:00 but he stayed until after 10:00 p.m. to fix our issue so that we could continue home that night. He even went out to get us a bite to eat since we didn't have a vehicle to get to a nearby restaurant. He was very conscientious and really cares about the quality of his work. It's been several days since the repair and have no problems. We totally recommend him.

Paul is a breath a of fresh air as far as expected customer experience goes. He was very communicative throughout the process and accommodating. He is very straightforward and direct. I was incredibly surprised when he called me a few hours after I left, and past his closing time, just to check in and see if everything was looking good. This isn't the kind of follow-up I have come to expect for the majority of my adulthood.
It is impossible not to feel skeptical of any mechanic the first time you interact with him. Paul was recommended to me by a complete stranger who happened to ask me about my car one day that I got to talking to. That guy was a real no nonsense Brooklynite so it felt like a reasonable vote of confidence.
I was satisfied with the work Paul did as well as the recommendations he made. I absolutely will be taking my business to his shop in the future.

He went way above and beyond, figuring out what previous owner had pieced together, incurring far more labor than originally planned, and still closed my account for the original quote. Helluva nice guy! (Oh, he did good work as well!)

Mr.Paul does great work in a very timely manner and is very understanding of scheduling conflicts i brought my 1989 honda Accord in for an alternator swap and he provided services above and beyond now it runs better then it did when i first purchased it I would definitely recommend him

I met Paul recently after I tried 3 different shops in Warrenton that I was unhappy with that really didn't know how to work on Mini Cooper's (BMW)
He replaced the front brake pads and sensor on my 2016 Mini F54.
I can't wait to see him for my 2011 R55 S service. Thanks Paul ?

Does not follow through. Difficult to get a hold of and makes excuses as another reviewer mentioned. There's a reason his entire lot is filled with vehicles.
I was told my vehicle would be fixed in a few hours when first brought in. Several phone calls and messages unanswered and returned. It took WEEKS for Paul to even say what was wrong. At that it was a vague explanation and general price for the repairs ranging a couple grand difference. I was never given a written diagnosis or repair estimate, which was asked for several times, and signed off on his form that it was requested. That was the service I was supposed to pay for, yet never recived. After a couple MONTHS of waiting for the estimate to decide if I would repair the car, I finally had my vehicle towed. Find yourself a mechanic that will follow through with what they say without having to be chased down to get some vague answers without any actual work being done.

My older vehicle has a sunroof and we live where it rains all the time. Water saturated the passengers side on the floor just a month ago. I made a few phone calls without any luck to get the leak repaired. Finally I found Paul’s auto repair online and gave him a call. He knew exactly why my car was leaking and he ordered the parts and two days later, my car was repaired and no more wet floor. Paul was honest and in m opinion he was also knowledgeable. In addition, my repair came in under budget. I scheduled another appointment to get some more work done. I’m not sure what the dealership’s would have charged me but I did call them and they turned me away. I’m happy that Paul really cares and he is definitely a great person.

I am so impressed with their honesty and value. The mechanic helped with a check engine light that turned out to be a smaller deal than anticipated. He was totally honest and gave me a more than fair price. Definitely a trustworthy mechanic.

I brought my jeep to him July 6 and the reason I had it taken to him because he told me it would be done by the 18th. It took me forever to get a hold of him, and when I did he made an excuse as to why he hadn’t gotten around to it and kept telling me it would be ready in the next week then again the next week it wasn’t ready… I picked up my Jeep FINALLY ON OCTOBER 10th! Driving home from Aberdeen to Westport. My oil pressure was low. I got home. Had a puddle of oil on the ground. He didn’t tighten the plug on the oil and I lost over quart of oil. And then after that realize he never plugged the sensor plug-in. If you want a vehicle fixed fast DO NOT GO TO HIM!!! it will be months before he have your vehicle back and he doesn’t return phone calls or answer phone calls. I had to call from a different number for him to answer.

I was promised my car would be fixed within 2 weeks of dropping it off but IT WAS NOT you wouldn’t believe how long it took IT TOOK 4 MONTHS would always purposely not answer my phone calls I had to use a different phone to even get in touch with him.
