Very prompt delivery. Everyone was very nice to deal with. The delivery guy explained everything to me. He checked for leaks and re-lit the pilot light as we had completely run out of propane. Very happy with this company.

Your driver is extremely courteous. Very friendly and always ready with a smile. Propane comes automatically. I've never run out and I've never had to think about it. I had an issue once and the owner dealt with me with respect and kindness. I highly recommend.

We like literally everything about Propane NW (Thompson Gas). We live in Olympia, WA but have a beach house in Ocean Shores, a 90-minute drive away. Thanks to your Nee-Vo app, I'm able to monitor the propane level in my tank without needing to be there constantly, even though I know you also monitor the propane level and automatically order a refill when it reaches 35%. It is not hyperbole to say that we are more than grateful for the peace of mind this gives us.
I also want to compliment your customer service team who walked me through how to find the Nee-Vo app. The two representatives I spoke with were not only professional and courteous on the phone, but one of them actually called me back a day later to ask if I'd been successful in activating the app. A gesture like that could only come from a genuine concern for customer satisfaction.
Sadly, we live in a world today where the concept of "customer service" seems almost trite to a lot of companies despite their claims to put customers first. That is clearly not true of the culture at Propane NW. You can count on us as forever customers.
