I would give them zero Stars if I could I've spent 3 days calling the pharmacy trying to get ahold of them they will not answer their phone!! They messed up a prescription and I expect them to fix it!! I want an apology!! I've seen lines 20 deep if not more waiting in line to get their prescription!! This has been an ongoing problem the whole time I've been with them 5 yrs. I'm done!! and I will be changing to a different pharmacy!!

nice people but they'll make you late on your medication. not a single instance have I gotten it on time even if I call days ahead.

I've been using this pharmacy for just over a year & there have been plenty of hiccups with my insurance & doctors offices & the staff at this pharmacy have worked with me each & every time to conquer them. These folks work hard & do a good job of keeping me informed on any issues. I love how they take the time to figure out & explain any hangup going on with my insurance. Always friendly & professional.

The staff here work hard but there aren't enough of them. Plan your day around picking up your prescription, and keep in mind they close 1:30pm-2:00pm for a lunch break.
-30 mins-60+ mins in line to inform them you're there to pick up your prescription so they can tell you to come back in 20 minutes.
-20+ mins for them to prepare your prescription.
-30-60+ mins in line to pick up the prescription.
-20+ mins in the waiting room after the poor pharmacy tech tells you it still isn't ready, but they'll come get you when it is.
They don't have enough staff to pick up the phone, and the app/text alerts are not correct, so everything must be done in person. I had much better experiences at Wal-mart.

These people work HARD every day.They do an excellent job . Their volume is huge yet they do it right every time. So tired of hearing people complain in line. They are not standing around drinking coffee folks. They ALL work hard. I LOVE these people and their professionalism. If they screw up it's on them so making sure each and every order is correct is worth it to me.. STOP COMPLAINING and try saying Thank you

ALWAYS out of drugs. NEVER answer the phone. NEVER call back even after leaving multi messages! Gave me a prescription for someone else (similar name). I only noticed it when they charged me when they usually do not. Had to wait a long time for them to fill mine even with their error! Try the new CVS in town!!!

Takes way too long to fill my medicine every time and they will not let me have extra medicine for emergencies such as the one happening right now. I ordered my medication last week and tonight I am left without my seizure medication because the order has been stuck in the “processing” phase for so long. I tried to reach them several times on different days with no answer, so I had to get a ride to the store to deal with the situation.

Medications never ready when they say they will be, and always a long line. I have had a myriad of issues with this store and would not recommend it.

Continued refills missed and contacting by phone is impossible and driving in to correct in person, no luck, need to go back again. Is the dog wagging the tail or the tail wagging the dog, can't tell...
Having given this a grumpy one star review originally, not fair, the busy, busy, busy staff are always so friendly and helpful gotta give credit where credit is due, would click on six stars if there was six. Fair is fair!

Bad. Can't seem to get prescriptions for 90 days, Nd diffuse to use Good RX. Services is fallen terribly in past 9 months. Am considering changing pharmacy locations. Safeway RX I terrible. I hate confrontation but that's what zi get from Safeway. I rate then .25 star. in

I know everybody thinks that everything wrong with this pharmacy are the doings of the technicians, well it’s definitely not. They work so hard day and night to try to get prescriptions ready on time and correctly. Yes, they have two registers at the pick up window, but did you ever think about the fact that they may only have one or two technicians that day? If they’re at the pick up window all day who is going to fill and type your prescriptions? The pharmacists are also drowning in responsibilities and only have one pharmacist per day for the full 12 hours. Not to mention the demands from corporate and all the vaccinations they are supposed to do everyday or per quarter. They get yelled at constantly everyday for things they cannot control and are just supposed to “deal with it” or “that’s customer service”. Working in customer service shouldn’t mean that you must endure verbal abuse. And yes, I have literally heard a customer tell them they should have to endure verbal abuse in this profession. Before you say something nasty to the people working in there, think about the fact that everybody is human and everybody makes mistakes, but also about the fact that there is only SO MUCH a person can take or deal with. They are humans working back there. Not robots. I couldn’t say so much more but oh well. BE KIND! and to the technicians and pharmacists in there, you’re doing great!

Absolutely horrible service!!! Do not go to this pharmacy. First, I went in to get a prescription and they only had half of the medication. I was told they would order the remaining and it would be in either Friday Saturday or Sunday. I called on Friday to see if the medication had came in. I was told no, and that it would be here Monday. Today is Monday and I just wasted 40 minutes of my time waiting in line to get my prescription and they have yet to order the medication which I have already paid for. Incompetent workers !

Wrong label, but correct name?
Yet right medication, and wrong amount?
Like what is going on here at this pharmacy?
