07 2024. Had to overnight a package and went here for the first time. Glad I didn't go to Staples as they were reasonably priced and had many services that are useful. They rent PO Boxes, have shipping and packing supplies, make copies, they do Fed Ex and UPS shipping. Stop by for quick and friendly service. Locally owned. I totally recommend. And they have the coolest puppets for sale also!

FANTASTIC customer service, EXCELLENT rates for copies & services, way better than Staples!!! I needed documents printed and notarized, and UPX were amazing - friendly, speedy, professional... a breath of fresh air compared to other places I've gone to in the area, who had no clue how to deal with a business client. I'll definitely be back, thanks guys!

I highly recommend this business if you need to mail a package. I needed help printing a shipping label, packaging a small item to ship out and these guys took care of the whole process for me!

I choose these guys over all the printing, faxing, and packaging locations in Grays Harbor! EVERY experience I'm leaving in a better mood. My whole family goes there now too. Sometimes it shocks me how great the customer service is. Part of it is how kind and personable Zach and Elliot are, I highly recommend it!

I had an urgent printing need today, for 750 copies of a flyer. I called around for pricing. United Package Express was 200% lower then the corporate store by Walmart. I spoke with Zach and he provided an exceptional and thorough customer experience!! Good customer service is hard to come by these days. Not only was Zach able to get my copies done quickly, he was friendly, efficient and the cost was a fraction of what we paid last year! Thank you Zach and UPX! You have a new customer for life!! I highly recommend them!!

Awesome little shipping and logistics shop. I come here for all of my package needs, be it stuff I'm sending out to family/friends, Amazon returns, Ebay sales, and more. Staff are awesome and always willing to help out.

I had a great experience with them once I found them. Now that I have , I had a great experience and I've gone back a couple times and I'm going back today as a matter of fact. I dealt with the guys across the street from UPX , I thought it was the only local shipping place. It took 7 days for them to ship a package of mine off which made it very late for my customer. So that was the end of the show for those guys.I'm very glad to find United package Express and looking forward to doing plenty more business there as I will.. Great service , I was in and out in minutes . And yes I have referred them to friends of mine. Thank you , I could actually look forward to shipping items and not worrying about it..Jim Rhoades
