I am very happy with the store representatives. Surprisingly, on a Saturday, we called as we had sporadic service for a week. Sunday technician Warren came out, and with assistance from Westport technician, we are golden. 😀 Thank you, team xfinity!!!

I had high speed internet from these guys for 3 years. It was quite expensive but never really had any problems apart from the occasional slow down or outage. Anytime I went into the store I was always helped quickly. I had no problems with this company, the service overall was good.

Six people were working. One was helping someone. I was waiting for a modem/router I ordered online. I was told the other people working were not able to help me, so I continued to wait for about 40min with one person in front of me... I should have paid the $15 for shipping. The store was clean.
