I wish you could speak to a REAL person. If their information is not correct you LITERALLY CAN'T use the prompt to move ahead 🤬. Let people at the store (employees) answer the phone and GIVE the store phone # to the CUSTOMER!!!!!!

I have been a longtime customer of Comcast. I have always been treated well but when I came in on Wednesday to have my friend added to my cell phone plan, I was treated exceptionally well. The sales person that attended to us was Jesse Phoenix And her patience was phenomenal. My friend that I was adding to my plan is 65 years old and he makes everything difficult and I swear he understands nothing. Jesse was amazing with him and we ran into problem after problem because my friend didn’t know passwords and he didn’t know anything about The current provider he was with she delt with us for well over an hour and my friend left your store with a new iPhone 16 added to my plan. I believe that this employee went above and beyond I even told her at one point That her patience was much appreciated because if I was in her situation, I would most likely say I’m sorry, sir, but they don’t pay me enough to deal with this. I believe we will be customers for many more years with comcast/xfinity, as they continue to show that they value their customer's and continue to hire employees who treat people like people. Well done on your customer service XFINITY.

The great team of Blake, Lemon, Joshua, Ray, and Javi went out of its way to get my Samsung A36 working well again after downloading countless malware apps that greatly slowed my phone's performance. I unwisely clicked on legit looking pop-ups that were vicious malware app adds. Blake and Lemon patiently took their time to figure out which apps were causing me grief. Joshua explained to me that cellphones don't get viruses and not to worry. The team advised me to be really careful with what I click on in the future. The Xfinity Aberdeen, Washington location has a super team of knowledgeable members. Thank you for what you did for me. 😊

Hello Xfinity customer representatives. I called about my bill on the 17th of September. The woman I talked to cried because I was very bold and hard on her. I thought she wasn't hearing me right. I was rude in specifying what I wanted. I'm so very sorry to all the customer service representatives at Xfinity. This woman did her best. I didn't stop and think about her circumstances. Basically they got this one guy trying to serve the whole town. The guy had a serous issues with kids and germs. You are aware that you are customer service? I had to wait over an hour. Multibillion-dollar company and they cannot maintain minimum Staffing. Absolutely incompetent. Only to be given the wrong information and have to call back to get a technician to come.

If I could I’d leave no stars. Not for the Aberdeen store although my experience there years ago was useless. No. My review is for Xfinity’s APP and web site. YOUR AI IS USELESS! YOUR SITE IS USELESS. YOU NO LONGER HAVE REAL PEOPLE TO SPEAK TO. I need to change my package. Instead of deleting my current package your system adds the new package AND THERE IS NO WAY TO DELETE IT FROM THE CART. My entire neighborhood had no internet and pixelated cable EVERY NIGHT FOR AT LEAST 12 HOURS A DAY and when we tried to get help first using your stupid Xfinity “assistant,” he would freeze exactly at the point to set up an appointment. My neighbor spent HOURS AND HOURS online trying. He finally went to an Olympia store where the human “assistant” logged on to the same worthless site only to say there are no outages. Finally he set up a visit by a HUMAN tech who when he arrived discovered there was indeed A MAJOR PROBLEM. HE OFFERED $25 off for my neighbor. SINCE IT WAS AT LEAST A MONTH AND A HALF WE SHOULD GET IT FREE FOR THAT PERIOD. I am looking at satellite at this point. I’d dump cable entirely but someone in my home can’t handle streaming. So I’m going to check alternatives and then I intend to visit my store and try to CANCEL my cable!!!!IF YOU DO NOT HAVE XFINITY AND YOU HAVE ANOTHER CHOICE CHOOSE SOMETHING ELSE. THIS COMPANY IS WORTHLESS. AND THEIR AI/BOT IS USELESS.

Need a technician can't get one on the phone, keeps on telling me to troubleshoot, I have done that 5 times and still no technician, I pay a lot of money for my internet and it barley works.

First off y'all over charge and keep bringing up ur charges for no reason second off why have a phone if ur not gonna answer it tell me why I just called 10 times and I couldn't get an actual person all I wanna do is pay my bills and Everytime you try to pay ur bill it won't work with the stupid automated system and Everytime I tried to go talk to an actual person it would ask me if I want to and than not let me just tellinge my account information can't be found at this it's honestly ridiculous customer service

I am very happy with the store representatives. Surprisingly, on a Saturday, we called as we had sporadic service for a week. Sunday technician Warren came out, and with assistance from Westport technician, we are golden. 😀 Thank you, team xfinity!!!

Not the Aberdeen Store. Xfinity online! Was trying to set up my mother's email and the recovery option to text never worked. NEVER HAS! Since I'm trying to get into email sending to an email account really didn't work. So I called and just went in circles back to the main menu. Maybe put a little more effort in to customer service with a real person to talk to. I would dump this provider if we had another option!!!!

When we move we are canceling all of our xfinity accounts and going with Verizon for our phones and centry link with our internet and streaming done with xfinity they have betrayed our trust they take money when you have a payment plan and take it anyways
