The staff are the nicest people with knowledge and an obvious love for the hobby and business. They are awesome, helpful, and provide informative tips. They love helping customers and are there to answer all woodworking questions, offering insightful advice. They use all the products they sell themselves, so they are familiar with them and can give recommendations, often with better prices than found online.
