Reserved and paid for a unit online and they gave me an invalid code, they have no support number. They claim to be self access but this was a terrible waste of my time and money

Staff are super friendly and pro-Military Veterans. I called several places before choosing this store and was happy to hear they offered discounts to Military and Veterans. Can’t say the same for other places, especially in the Valley. Thanks ?

Called to check availability on a unit, was greeted by a seemingly pre-irritated lady. She was helpful in getting the info i was seeking, apon saying thank you for the info, she promptly just hung up the phone without saying a word otherwise. Not very professional customer service

Customer Service is AMAZING! They are professional, helpful, affordable, and friendly. My husband and I needed to get our travel trailer stored and they were able to get us in same day, not a ton of paperwork. Way better then our last storage place. Very secure, clean, quiet area. THEY ARE THE BEST!

The sign up process was quick and easy, and when we were having trouble with our gate key they were quick to assist.
