We were in from out of town so we had no tools (or know how) and the staff went above and beyond, spending almost an hour helping us diagnose the problem with our truck. They found out it was an issue with our battery and took time to help us change out our bad battery for a new one purchased at the store. They got us on our way with a kind word and a smile. We can't thank them enough and would highly recommend their services!

They had everything but medical kits for the car but were going to get them because its a safety thing people consider while on the go other than that it deserves a 5 star

We We’re in medical Lake for the Fourth of July weekend, and lost our front brakes to our truck pulling our 34 foot RV. We would’ve never made it back home without Matt Brown. He got us set up with all the parts and even put them on for us, On July 4. He is a hero to us and we will never be able to thank him. AutoZone better keep him!

Stop by on my way home from shopping. I asked the person stock shelves where there sand paper was. He took me over to the sand paper section and help pick out what I needed.

This is our local store. We've come to expect a friendly welcome and offer to help, and the store delivery method has always been on time or earlier. We appreciate that autozone does everything they can to help us get what we need to fix our cars.
