Rented for a few months to store some kayaks and other small things. Area is easy to get in and out of. Management is clear and professional. No issues at all with my time here and I would recommend them others without hesitation.I have rented storage units before that had highly problematic move out schedules. I recently accepted a new role out of state with a fast flip time. Messaged management over email and had it noted without issue, extra charges, or any extra hoops which to me is highly valuable in a company. 5/5 stars with no reason to doubt my opinion.

Very helpful. Lady was extremely nice and got everything setup/moved out quickly. There was a lot of discussion and they were very open about everything I needed to know. All in all a good place and good people.

They're soo thirsty for money given the fact that it's also dry over there... They claimed that they found a hanger after we emptied everything out and charged us a monthly fee for it. I wouldn't recoment this place to anybody.

Called the 800 number to rent a trailer last minute came into Fairchild mini storage and Harvey was able to fix our reservation for us! Hooked up the trailer to our truck for us and everything! Thank you so much Harvey for everything! Definitely calling you when we have to rent our next trailer! Uhaul you have a great man working for you guys!

Becca Spoke with excellent knowledge about the facility and quickly provided me with answers to all of my questions. I decided to rent a unit. Becca seamlessly walked me through the application process over the phone, and within minutes, I was all taken care of.Very impressed with the professional and knowledgeable customer service. I have been renting a 12x40 storage unit from this Company for 4 years and had various dealings with the Uhaul side for over 15 years since being stationed here with the Army. The staff have been simple fantastic. Unfortunately there's been a rash of brake ins with the various storage facilities in Airway Heights but the professionalism and curiosity these people have shown my wife and I has been unsurpassed. If you are considering a storage facility for your valuables I could not recommend this group any stronger. We are moving out of state but if we were staying, we would continue to rent from Fairchild Mini Storage. There that good. A pleasure doing business with you gentleman.

I showed up shortly before closing time on day of a horrendous wind storm! I had to get a unit that day & their computer was down! Thank goodness for Becca! She went WAY above & beyond to help me out! She was going to handwrite everything, then discovered she could do it on her phone only to get to end of rental & it wouldn't let her finalize the agreement! She stayed well past closing time in order to ensure I could move my belongings in that night! Was absolutely magnificent customer service & true example of going above & beyond to help a customer in dire need! Thank you again Becca I greatly appreciate your help!!!

Harvey Thoreson made a difficult task of moving my son from Bellingham to Spokane soooo much easier. He worked with us and relieved so much stress and made the process a lot smoother.
