They are way over priced. They tell you you need things that you don't and they didn't put the foot protection on so they literally stained my carpet with grease!! Horrible

Staff were militant and unhappy. I tried to go and put something in my car and was immediately reproached and 'escorted' out of the bay. I took my religiously maintained vehicle in for an oil change (only - I said it twice) but was still approached with a laundry list of other ($$$) pressing & worrisome problems that needed to be addressed soon. I have used this location for many years and it was always friendly and welcoming and thorough. Not anymore! New management needs to lighten up. I felt talked down to and treated like a nuisance. I won't be returning...

Brought our ‘93 Honda in for service. Requested just an oil change, received a list of attempted upsells. Staff was training a new hire who had a couple struggles. Would definitely be higher rated if original instructions were followed. Pricing was sensible when accounting for labor.

Staff is super helpful and nice. I asked to get my tires rotated with my oil change but they had some issues with their equipment and I said I could come back the next day for half off. So I did and they ended up doing it for free.

I've had this beat up Subaru for 20 years, Grease Monkey on Airway heights left me with this. Basic oil change cost $85.25, and the driver's floor well flooded with what feels like oil. Tech says, your car has leaks, I said not until I brought it to you guys it didn't! You gonna refund me some money? No, he said, it's your car's fault. And he walked away. Worst oil change ever :/

Wish I could give a 5 star review, but $149 for a 5-20 synthetic oil change is way out of line. I used a coupon to get it down to &120, but almost every other place in Spokane area is around &100 tops. The techs were great, no beef with their work.
