Very very slow.. not sure if they don't have enough employees but always takes almost 20 min to get food. We waited 15 min just to put in our order and left before getting helped.. ?

We were a group of over fifty elementary, middle, and high school students who showed up unannounced and the staff of this McDonald's restaurant handled it with grace and professionalism, not phased with this major onslaught of humanity. A truly fantastic experience.

This location is so pitifully bad, it’s more humorous than anger-inducing.Last night, they served a cold, soggy happy meal via the drive-thru, so I brought it back inside and asked for a fresh one. They came back 30 seconds later with the lukewarm meal that they must have popped in the microwave for a few seconds.I chucked it straight in to the trash.The children working at night need adult supervision. Because if THIS is difficult for you, I’ve got bad news about the future, kiddos. Lessons in hygiene and appearance in a service industry are also desperately needed. Yuck.

The chicken sandwich tastes like they haven't changed the oil out for weeks. Aren't they supposed to change it out weekly to fresher oil? It tastes like old burnt oil and dry as heck. There's not even much sauce on it too.

The service was great but my spicy crispy chicken was not so good the meat was really dry and the both sides of the buns were burnt ???♂️ hopefully this doesn’t happen everyday.

Got into a long line in the drive-thru and waited for 5 to 7 minutes before ordering.After ordering and waiting another 6 to 7 minutes before paying for the order at the first window, we had waited another 3 to 4 minutes to get to the 2nd second window to pickup the order and was told what we ordered was not available, but we were not told this when we paid.It would have been nice to have been told that first so we didn't have to pay for it and have to wait in the long lines.We weren't offered to do a refund. Only offered an alternate choice.Very disappointed.

All their food went from in progress to now serving so I asked where the food was and they said they’re waiting on food still! And then a few more people asked so they shut the screen off all together because they are acting like their meeting time requirements but definitely aren’t! They cleared the board.

Cold food, had to ask for our drinks and the rest of our order right after the lady in front of me had to ask for her drinks and the rest of her order. I'm pretty sure the Bic Mac we received was the same Big Mac a gentleman brought back because it was too cold. McDonald's has gotten way too expensive for their employees to forget multiple peoples' orders and serve ice cold burgers. Regional managers should revisit this location for a realignment.
