You can believe this guys negative reviews on facebook and google. Not a good person to buy a car from.

Wow. Planned on looking at a vehicle here however after reading the owner’s response’s to other reviews I think it’s best to look elsewhere. Your spelling is appalling and your ability to have an excuse for everything is very telling. Maybe from one business owner to another 9 times out of 10 your business will thrive a lot better a longer if you work with a customer verse’s against them. Your responses were extremely rude and unprofessional, you clearly were more concerned about the rating the reviewers gave you instead of how the customer felt and how you could make it right. Eventually you WILL run out of customers..

Go elsewhere.Salesman was nice but who I’m assuming is the owner or manager showed up and was a complete jerk. Sorry the car biz sucks right now but no need to take your stress out on your potential customers.Wouldn’t allow a test drive due to “lack of dealership liability insurance coverage” (why carry an item you don’t have insurance for?). I’m not buying a machine I can’t test drive.

This family-run dealership was amazing to work with. No pressure, and they were courteous and honest. I got a great car at a great price. Thank you for a wonderful car-buying experience!

Your wonderful family made me feel so at home. You excited my expectations. I would rather deal with a family that knows who we are. VS the Big Boyz . God Bless you for your honesty and being you!!

Dealer gave me an offer And I accepted it went home got my finances in order to pay the amount offered. I got the financing I called the dealership before 5:00 to tell them to go ahead and write up the contract I've got the money and was told that their father wasn't there and they couldn't do anything until the next day. I called the next day and they told me that it had been sold, somebody put a deposit on it. Three days later I had one of my friends call them to find out if the car was still available, and it was.The FTC and the BBB like to hear about things like this and can hopefully put them in order

Best dealership in town! I came in and got exactly what I needed and more. John is amazing and helped me out so much with explaining the basics of a car and financing. The whole team are friendly and are willing to work with you. I definitely recommend this dealership to my friends and family who are looking for cars. They detail the cars so it’s ready for purchase, which I was impressed. Would definitely come back in the future!

"If everyone were a good person, it'd be a better world."I have been burned by dealerships in the past, usually going with the mindset that they only care about your money and their profit. Not John. I had heard about him from my best friend who bought a newer Tacoma from here and still has it to this day. From the very beginning, he always made me feel welcome and and answered all my questions of concern. He even helped me with a few things on the vehicle that even he had no idea about which I am eternally grateful for and will always recommend others come to his lot. I had a good time coming to this lot and I'm happy with the purchase I've made.

I had a great experience buying a very hard to find vehicle. We flew in from east Texas and the owner picked us up at the hotel the next morning. The vehicle was exactly as described. Nothing more, and absolutely nothing less. My only disappointment was that he brought the vehicle to me on nearly empty. But, he did a great job providing me with photos and videos of the vehicle before flying up. I would buy from him again any day.

False information, misleading photos, and we are considering filing a report with the Washington BBB from this encounter. We went to look at a 2003 Subaru Baja that was advertised on CraigsList. We spent a while going over the ad and studying the pictures as we live in the Valley and would have to take time off of work to see it before the lot closed. In the "flattering" photos some light damage to the rear of the car could be seen as well as some light chipping of clear coat on the front fender and a missing gas cap door. The Vehicle Features showed a fully loaded vehicle with keyless entry, anti theft system, and power sunroof just to name a few. We later found out that according to the salesman "the computer auto fills all the advertised features and we can't change it" so none of the selling features that we liked were actually features this car had including the keyless entry.Visually, one look at the car made us both CRINGE. Beyond the pricetag of just barely under 10K, which is Perfect Condition KBB value for the make and model of that particular vehicle, there were quite a few cosmetic issues that were not originally disclosed. The oxidized and faded hood, MULTIPLE cracked and broken body panels (that are ever so conveniently hidden or not discernable in the online photos), dents and scratches again not quite visible in the photos, including damage to interior, instantly gave off a "Bait and Switch" feel to the entire situation. When we pointed out the distinct differences between IRL and photographs, the salesman assisting us assured us the photos that we had looked at did indeed show ALL this damage "if you look closely" (and zoom in while using a high definition screen apparently). We tried to give them the benefit of the doubt, saying that maybe the pictures on CL weren't all the photos present on their website and so on. He continued to defend his claim that the damage was clearly visible in the CL photos since all the website photos were added to CL.While my husband, a certified mechanic and 2 year veteran technician for Subaru was looking over the engine bay assessing any mechanical issues, a second salesman (lot mechanic?) showed up and proceeded to "explain" how the motor worked and where the oil leaks my husband found probably originated from. He did so while talking to him like he was a high school dropout. During our inspection, they were continually trying to reassure us that the oil leaks were not a serious issue and since we were also concerned about the timing belt needing changed soon (the ad said all drive belts had been changed at the 120K mark, but there was no documentation on the work actually being done to the timing belt/water pump and those should be changed around 150K miles), that could be fixed at their shop across the street costing "anywhere from $800-$1K" additionally. After the way we were talked down to and disregarded, we decided the car was not worth our time and energy and we left. This encounter left the worst "Used car salesman/ crooked business" taste in our mouths. We were expecting a "Clean Inside and Out" car. The only thing clean about the car was that it was detailed (and we're almost positive that they will be cleaning the oil-soaked skidplate before another customer notices it). We've uploaded a few photos that "clearly shows the damage of the side swiped and broken rear silver panels" as well as the scratched up rear center console to let others judge for themselves.*We regret that we did not take any photos while we were there for comparison sake*
