Zero willingness to help. Completely rude. Both in person and on the phone. The manager seems to be on vacation a lot wgmhich explains the employees complete lack of caring about anything. I won't even pay my bill here. To give this store a penny is to give satin himself your hard earned money. This is a 3rd party store they require your business in order to stay open. Do not reward their terrible behavior and poor work ethic by keeping themnopen..the store on e Sprague is amazing and happy to help. You're not a burden like at this store.

Absolute worst customer service I have ever had. Hookah was dirty, disheveled and clearly intoxicated. My boyfriend had called earlier this week to add myself and my daughter to his plan, she didn't even ask why were there or what we needed. When we started to tell her what we were trying to do we were interrupted and asked for a SIM card number? She offered absolutely no help and when we suggested ways she could help us she made excuses of why that won't work. We tried explaining to her that the last name was under my boyfriends middle name by mistake when she was struggling to pull up our account but she cut him off and kept talking about How she couldn't find our account and still never asked why we were there in the first place. I finally got irritated and we left.

Absolute horrible customer service. I showed the T-Mobile representative. The phone that I wanted talked about the phone that I wanted. And he ordered me the wrong phone. I paid 450$ for the wrong phone then had to turn around and pay 1200 for the phone I did. 2 lines were opened instead of just using my original number and can't suspend them because it will take away my promotions. Then they were trying to credit the money back to my account instead of refunding me my money for this phone I did not want. Telling me I'm going to have to pay the restock fee for this phone I did not want. Which is 75$ I'm going to be responsible for. The Manger was trying to tell me oh you've done this before it looks like in the notes. NO THE STUPID INSURANCE COMPANY SENT ME THE WRONG PHONE AND I HAD TO SEND IT BACK NEVER THE ENTIRE TIME I'VE BEEN WITH TMOBILE HAVE I ORDERED THE WRONG PHONE. THANK YOU. Completely rude. Unprofessional establishment. I should have known from the first day I went in there and the girl stalled helping me the entire time because it was close to closing and she didn't want to actually work. Blaming it on a head ache. Or whatever she could think of to not actually do her job.I don't recommend going to this t-mobile store. Or getting a contract with t-mobile at all really. Nothing but incompetent Unprofessional disrespectful uneducated jerks work here. Go to any other store but this one.

Oh my goodnes!!! Nick was so amazing in helping my family switch carriers! He sat with us and helped make this frustrating experience more enjoyable. Overall great customer service and friendliness, great job everyone and were so happy to be apart of T-Mobile now!!!!

My experience with Caleb at the Airway Heights store was beyond great! Caleb’s professionalism and friendly demeanor were terrific. I knew the plan I needed and I wasn’t pressured into a more expensive plan or purchasing a new phone. All my questions were answered with good information. Given the professionalism, friendliness and great service, I know I will never regret my choosing T-Mobile as my cellular service provider.

Just switched cell phone carriers and got new phones. Caleb helped us out, he was super helpful and knowledgeable. He made the process very simple! Very happy with the customer service!

Spoke to an advisor on the phone they told me I could drop off my Internet modem in my local store. Cody the in store employee was very disrespectful, he refused to take it and rudly told me that he was not going to close down his store just to take my internet modem to a UPS ground store. He had a very unprofessional attitude. If his manager had been there I would have filed a complaint right the on the spot. I do NOT recommend doing business with Cody until he learns how to treat customers with better respect. ?

Just visited the store with my wife to get 2 new Pixel 7s, a Pixel watch and smart earbuds. Was in the store for not even 3 minutes when an employee asks me, his words: “Can I help you with something? I can’t have you loitering in my store. It looks like you’re trying to case the joint to steal something.” What is a brick and mortar store for if not to view the products on offer? Save yourself the grief and go to WalMart across the street instead.

Cody the assistant manager is a joke. The district Manager no better. Both refused to help me with my situation the Cody HIMSELF caused.Less than a month ago, my phone was toast, so I went into the store due to them being the only ones that had a iphone13 max. Cody stated that if I were to add a line & get the 13max I would save $700 on the phone along with saving $40 a month due to adding the new line.A week ago on Wednesday I got the bill and it went from $250 to $397. Obviously that was not what Cody stated y bill would look like or that I signed up for.Come to find out after a call to corporate t-mobile, Cody put me on a whole different plan, did not meet the promo requirements that were required, and didn't even bother to call and let me know and he reaped the benefits from my sale and "plan promotion."So, I called the store and spoke to Cody. Cody refused to talk to me over the phone and stated he would only discuss things with me instore. So I ask for the District managers information (which t-mobile customer service told me to get, and it is something they can absolutely give out.) Cody stated he would NOT give out that information to me. Then I asked for Cody to have the district Manager give me a call. Which Cody did not even ask for my information and stated "yeah I have caller ID I can see who calls." Come to find out, Cody did not give his boss my information or notify the boss of my situation per his coworker (assuming that was because Cody didn't want to have to own up to his mistake.) His coworker contacted the district manager instead. I had waited over a week with no communication or response from any manager or employee. I called today and spoke to Cody who said the district manager will call me by 10am. Again, I received nothing. I ended up messaging the coworker who stated that the District Manager is refusing to talk to me and how sorry they were for my situation.I called corporate T-Mobile who were finally able to fix the mess up that was caused by Cody.This place is horrible! Keep in mind they are not part of corporate so if you have any issues, you have to go to the store to get it resolved & good Luck with getting that done!I HIGHLY recommend you avoid this store due to their lack of professionalism and willingness to help people out when they themselves make the mistake.P.S. to the "store owner" who will comment on this post. Don't waist your breath or finger mussels typing a apology comment that you don't mean. I have seen what you have said to others and it's obviously not sincere or there would be changes with the management and the store.

Recently went in to purchase a phone. In a time when so many people have poor to none existent customer service skills it was refreshingly pleasant to receive high quality customer service combined with technical competence. Caleb sold me my phone and helped me find the best fit for my needs. Both Haruko and Nick were equally helpful and knowledgeable. Nowadays when so many young people in the service industries have never even heard the phrase "customer service", it is refreshing to deal with young sales people who understand that concept.
