Great location. Good price. Room looked nice when you walk in but then you start to notice that everything is looking a bit shabby. Bathroom needs painting, kitchen looks like an after thought as the stove was a foot off center to the over the range microwave.Noise transfer is terrible. Don't expect a good night's sleep is the neighbours are noisy. Beds are very comfortable though.

Room was huge, but rode hard. A little TLC would go a long way. Looks like they are due for a refresh.

Terrible service and experience. Had major problems during my stay and the staff seemed happy to ignore it. It first started with their wifi which did not work for me in my room for the entire stay. I told the staff after my first night and they said they had gotten reports of problems with it but it wasn't going to be looked at over the weekend. I told them that I needed it for the remote work that I needed to do but they were uninterested. So I had to rely on my phone's hotspot to get me through the trip. If I didn't have that I would have gotten a refund and left right there. The next big incident was that I had a crazy neighbor in the next suite that among other things, woke me up around 2an and continued to scream at someone for a good half hour. The sound insulation in the building was awful and it was enough to easily wake me up even though the neighbor shared a wall on the opposite side of the suite from where I slept. I called the business's emergency number and the woman who answered dismissively said there's nothing she could do and to call the police. I was dumbfounded that a hotel manager would be so lazy and useless at their job. At a minimum they either should have called their unruly guest and asked them to observe quiet hours and respect their neighbors before escalating it themselves to the police. Not once did they even apologize for the inconvenience. The service alone was going to get this place a 1 star but the room itself was unpleasant as well. The heating system is decentralized, noisy, and is annoying to control and no instructions or guidance are given. The kitchen was not very welcoming and easy to use, in large part to the cabinets and countertops not matching. For example, there is a lower cabinet half way into the sink that gets in the way of your head when doing dishes. The lights in the main space were also dim and harsh at the same time. There's a profoundly dumb and ugly mix of warm and daylight light fixtures that give the place a terrible feeling. The living and dining area layout doesn't make much sense and the TV points at a blank spot in the wall and not where anyone would sit. The sink also wasn't even clean when I arrived. The place seems to have a staff that doesn't care about its guests and their indifference is matched only by the inattention to detail of the people that design the rooms and manage the place. Find another place to stay in the area and save yourself the trouble.

Nice facility, rooms were clean. Was nice to have the larger fridge and the in-unit coffee pot. We were in town for a drag race at Qlispé Raceway Park so this lodging was very close to our event.Drawbacks: we like to be able to visually check on our vehicle and since our unit was in the far back corner (room 117) of the property, we couldn't see our truck from our unit. Another negative were the yapping small dogs in unit 118 next door and the huge pile of poop bags (over a dozen, but by Sunday morning, many more than that) piled up on the grass outside their door. I mean, commendable that they were picking up their dog's nuggets, but not bothering to dispose of it in an outdoor trash bin was particularly tacky of them. Not a good look for the facility, but also not the fault of the facility. Just tacky guests.

Shawna (sp?) the Manager was amazing. I was struggling with my situation, personally and worried about some marks on a table she was very empathetic and very understanding! Best service at a hotel! Definitely recommend this place!! Comfortable beds, wifi, kitchenettes available. Big 5 stars on this one fir me! Would definitely recommend to family and friends and return again!

Found dirty clothes from a past guest in my room. Sheets were not changed and were filthy. I had to sleep on top of the covers and even then it was dirty too. I would have slept on the ground if I could have go knows it was probably softer then the mattress. Bed was way to hard. TV did not work. Everything about this place was just terrible. Don't go here.

You are out of the way. They have rooms for extended stay. It's quiet and you have restaurants and gas right by you. Best of all; the staff aren't in your face. Two thumbs up!!

This is an extended stay hotel and I wouldn't stay here again for free! of I could. The rooms are poorly cleaned. They don't change the bedding when they clean and cleaning is only done once a week which is fine if they change the sheets . It's snowing right now and there's an inch or so of slick sidewalks and parking lot and it's 8:30 AM guest are up and about and the sidewalk and parking needs to be shoveled, yet the staff still sleeps. The office doesn't open until 10AM, which is ridiculous. The fridge went out us dot and our milk, lunch meat and expensive coffee creamer spoiled over night idk when it'll be fixed or replaced and it's to bad so sad for us on the spoiled food which I think we should be compensated for. The only ammebities here is the delightful espresso/coffee machine located in the office is really good and it's available all day. I make several trips there through out the day. It's compares to the coffee stands. You can get 3shots espresso 3 shots of vanilla a shot of milk and a latte or cappuccino option all in this 8oz cup. Love the coffee but not worth the stay. This is an update to my first review. Since then I’ve stayed at other hotels and I must recant what I said about the cost lol this place actually was a super good deal on the price when compared to ANY hotel including inescapable that don’t offer extended stay. The towels here are not typical thin short towels and they will accommodate more if you ask. There’s a laundry room that can be paid for using the app that’s posted on the machines and will notify you when a machine is available to notifying you when your laundry has finished. There’s soda machines that cost only .50 for a soda and they have coke and Pepsi products. I loved loved the espresso machine inside the lobby and for guests it’s unlimited that you can have and they close the lobby at 11pm. My room had a bathroom which has a tub/shower a small kitchen and full size refrigerator and a full size range, and they provide all the necessary dishes to cook say spaghetti diner for a family of 4 and came with dish towels, wash cloths, and some dawn dish soap. A living room with a full size sofa, a small dining table with 4 chairs that sat between kitchen area and living room. 2 bedrooms with queen size beds and 4 fluffy pillows on each. One room was slightly larger and had a chest of drawers with mirror and two night stands with lamps and a small closet and a vacuum cleaner. Yes I would absolutely recommend this hotel over most hotels in Spokane or the Spokane Valley.Rooms: Refer to my updated reviewFood & drinks: Panda Express is right next door. Dominos is close by as well McDonald’s is a drive but close, and Tree House delivers any food you want. There’s two casinos Tribe and Northern Quest that have food but aren’t walking distance but will come get you by shuttle if you call them.

I have stayed here on numerous occasions, it never disappoints! Great location near the airport, the rooms are always clean quiet and very well-maintained. The property is always kept up as far as landscaping. And the staff is very welcoming, friendly and knowledgeable. I've had the pleasure of speaking with Rebecca, and several other staff members that always are polite and have a smile on their face. They have a great coffee machine in the lobby with clean bathrooms. I highly recommend this hotel for families or if you're just needing to go to the airport I'm thankful to have found a nice hotel with a great staff. It's a very rare commodity these days and the price is definitely reasonable and well worth the money.Rooms: The beds are clean. The sheets are soft and nice and tidy. Extra toilet paper plenty of towels everything's in place small kitchenette, microwave and refrigerator if you need to bring your own food.Nearby activities: Wonderland is close and so is Triple play mini aquarium at the Spokane mall downtown Spokane within 20 minutesSafety: The property seems to be very well-maintained. With no panhandlers or people just hanging out in cars.Walkability: They have a grocery outlet several fast food, restaurants, gas station, convenience, store all within walking distance.

Nice place for more than one couple. I thought it was clean, quiet and comfortable. It is close to the airport so it was a great start to out vacation. It was weird that they were closing and we had to check in prior to 9 oclock, but I believe its more of a residence than a motel.

After having a terrible experience next door at the days inn I walked to Stratford suites. The employees were extremely accommodating and friendly. They made my friends and I feel at ease after a stressful situation and got us laughing. They also guessed we were there for the rock show nearby and told us right on and to have fun.The rooms are bigger than some of the apartments I grew up in, definitely wouldn't mind staying more than one night here. It's fancy fancy, we'll in my mind fancy.

This place charges early for check in “based on who you talk to” they also never have rooms cleaned and their check in time is way too late for what they charge. They are super stingy with everything and I can see why their businesses has went down hill big time. Super disappointed.
