Terrible haircut I wanted a bob and almost got a mullet with and the girl who cut my hair told me she was only 18years old! Had I known she was so young I would've gone elsewhere and then to top off the bad haircut she has the nerve to charge me $30 for this terrible haircut what is wrong with Supercuts I should have known better I've never had a good haircut from Supercuts and what happened to 999 haircuts 30dollars

I went to book a appointment online it said see you august 16th at 6 pm I get there and they are locking the doors and I tell the lady I have a appointment today at 6pm and she says that’s not a appointment it’s for a place holder i understand I work in customer service but they should communicate that to the customers booking online so they know .

My hair is way too short
Stylist: Wurst hair cut and style ever. I hair on the top of my head is less than an inch. It was 10 inches long. I said not to short.

The stylist, Tracie, was very friendly and very professional. I showed her a picture of the style I was looking for and she quickly set about making it happen. She asked questions to be sure she understood exactly what I wanted and double checked before she made any extra cuts.
She was also very quick but didn’t hurry to the point that she didn’t do the cut I was asking for. Very pleased!

Person at register kept sighing and had to wait for her. Once she starting cutting my hair the sighs continued. I felt like I was bothering her. When I left my hair looked ok. Once I washed it I noticed how bad the sides were. Like she just took random chunks out. I would have came back the nect day to show her but I was going out of town, plus there is no way to fix it until it grows out.

Most up respectful lady's there. I was greated upon arrival I had an appointment for a haircut. Showed my stylist what I was looking for and also recommend me some hair products. Definitely will be back again thanks to Sally.

You guys need a better lady at the door because she says you have you. You'll be back at 5, and the door was locked and the lady was so rude did not even open the door and she was poining at the door like are you kidding me now!!!!!!!!!!! You all need to get better sings
