The USPS branch in Airway Heights is great! Most recently, I needed assistance finding a correctly sized mailer within my budget. The staff was patient, very helpful and kept me under budget but also made sure my items would be protected and delivered on time. I left happy with a few extra dollars in my pocket but the icing on the cake was that my items were delivered two days earlier than expected! Viva USPS!

Our mail getting delivered to other people happens way more often than it should. I also get other's mail and have to walk a couple of blocks to leave it at their door. I shouldn't have to do someone else's job. And unfortunately, getting customer service is rather difficult, especially on the phone. Have never had this issue until we moved to Airway.

Will be filing a complaint, now 2 packages have been returned because of refusal to deliver, 4 times now. If you have a problem doing your job, find one you can handle. BBB has been notified, every page that I can review on has been posted. Post matter general has been notified as well.

I havnt received my mail for 2 months and the lady that I talked to about it was rude and shoved me away pretty much and I explained that I have important documents coming through mail and she didn’t care!! Please fix this problem and your staff

This is a small post office which was perfect for us as there was no line and had very helpful staff person to assist us.

So my experience was awesome. Needed to do address change for multiple ppl in household and it was painless. They made it so easy. And customer service was really good.

This was our second experience with this post office and it was night and day difference from our first one. The customer service was EXCELLENT! (The grumpy lady retired lol) They were knowledgeable, kind, quick and accurate. Have peace of mind going here knowing that they now have a very kind and pleasant staff!

I go there a couple times a week for work and personal postal services and the guys there are always super helpful and knowledgeable. I have been to many usps locations and these guys always go above and beyond to help with any shipping issues or questions.
