This was our second experience with this post office and it was night and day difference from our first one. The customer service was EXCELLENT! (The grumpy lady retired lol) They were knowledgeable, kind, quick and accurate. Have peace of mind going here knowing that they now have a very kind and pleasant staff!

I go there a couple times a week for work and personal postal services and the guys there are always super helpful and knowledgeable. I have been to many usps locations and these guys always go above and beyond to help with any shipping issues or questions.

The absolute WORST. Cathy is the most unpleasant human I have ever had to deal with. By reading other comments it sounds like this is a common experience. There’s no excuse for treating someone they way I was treated. Rude comments and remarks, made me feel awful for asking a question, and overall a terrible experience. I have never left a review before.. but please save yourself a headache and go to another location.

The only reason this review is not a BIG OLE ZERO, is they don't allow this...!You are not allowed to ask for an "Agent" and be connected without a two hour push this button guessing game... we need a private company making that huge amount of money that they take from the general budget. So that the "People " can take about exactly their concern without the computer blocking service they use to stop us from asking a question...!

I went in today to get my mail that has been on hold and the clerk had a very bad attitude. I don't know if he is miserable in his life or if he just wasn't happy about seeing my black face. Either way he was very rude and obnoxious. He needs to find him something else to do with his life if he is not happy. My kids and I are currently living in a hotel and I still know how to be nice. He needs to be fired!

*** LOST 420,000 REGISTERED MAIL PACKAGE ***We have had multiple problems with USPS misdelivering and losing multiple valuable items to include regular shipments, seizure medication‘s, valuable jewelry, but most recently (February 2023) they misdelivered a $1,000 Hermes bracelet, HOWEVER, to top it off, of all incompetence, they LOST a $20,000 value registered mail package. Truly beyond any level of incompetence I have ever seen. Absolutely a pathetic organization. If you are familiar with Registered Mail – every handoff along the way requires a signature. We have three pages of signatures – from the company of origination, every hand off along the way, up to USPS Airway Heights WA… then, on 3/6/2023 it was marked as “Out for Delivery”. Today is 3/21/2023 and there is still no delivery scan, and if delivered would require a signature of receipt.All these problems have happened in just one year... to include the temporary carrier leaving the gate open so that our horses and dogs ran down the road and in the midst of traffic!!!To make this even more pathetic, Dannette Taylor, the Spokane WA Sunset Hill USPS Customer Service Manager knows of all these problems and has not contacted us, nor attempted to resolve. The phone at their office has been RNA (Ring No Answer) for almost a month. We have tried to call them over a dozen times. She was made aware of the phone problems in February when they misdelivered my $1,000 Hermes Bracelet and has yet to resolve the phone problem (last called 3/20/2023)Thursday 3/16/2023 at 3:30 PM I finally spoke with Shawn at the Sunset Hill office and he tursely said that he “…would look into this.” He refused to provide the Office Manager’s name or contact information, nor provide any means of resolution.REGISTERED MAIL Partial Number # 9XXXXXXXX515XXXX55XX91 USPS as well as the postal inspector have all detailsI have opened TWO separate USPS problem tickets, and after four days, they close the ticket because they don’t want their “Unresolved Ticket” stats to look bad. ARE YOU KIDDING ME??? $20,000 VALUABLE PACKAGE and no response. The problems at the Airway heights USPS are out of control.

USPS misdelivered our daughters seizure meds. Since they marked it as delivered "in/at mailbox" although to an incorrect mailbox, they refused to recoup our package because they considered it a "successful" delivery. We never recovered our daughters meds.It continues...Three weeks ago, USPS misdelivered again, and marked again as delivered "in/at mailbox" and again, it was not our mailbox that it was delivered to, but to some neighbors mailbox.. Our mailbox is industrial, it locks and cannot be opened without our key. This was a $1,000 Hermes bracelet. I opened a case with the postal inspector, and three days later they simply closed the case because they deferred to the local Airway Heights USPS reference of "successful delivery".BUT IT GETS WORSE - within a week they lost $20,000 registered package. Three pages of signatures across the states and it gets to Airway Heights USPS and they fail to obtain signature for delivery. We filed again for misdelivery and attempted to contact the Airway Heights office since February 28. It is now March 16. We have tried calling approximately 20 times. The phone rings 30 times then disconnects. Danette, the Airway Heights Supervisor has been aware of the phone RNA (ring no answer) then disconnect since February 28, but has done nothing about it. Shawn, the manager, has not known of any of his own office problems and refuses to provide me with escalation contacts, or follow up on his resolution, except to tell us that "he will follow up with his staff". I guarantee, it it were his $20,000 he would get a resolution.Once again, on the registered mail package, I filed a complaint with the postal inspection, and after three days, they simply closed the ticket and said that they were working on it. My opinion, if you're working on a ticket, you don't close it! I called again today and opened yet another ticket with the postal inspection service and left a voicemail.. They are no better than the USPS.Besides requiring all sellers to ship by other means, I am unsure how to hold the the incompetent "workers" of USPS and the Postal Inspection Service accountable.

Cathy… rude for no reason, stapled an official birth certificate, and the most unpleasant person I’ve encountered in years. Get a new line of work outside of dealing with people.

Not the best post office. Small place tucked in a back lot with parking for small cars, but in an area where most people have trucks for farming. While accessible, larger trucks have issues.Also the only post office where I had to complain to the postmaster due to multiple (ie: 17 to date) lost packages. Some of which were worth decent money.(At the time of complaint it was 4 packages, each worth over $400. Each delivered the day after the complaint was confirmed by USPS. The 17 still lost were all low value, not complained about, and not received yet. We learned to never send anything of value here as they cannot be trusted.)

My mail is routinely delivered to the wrong address and we constantly receive others 'mail. I've received my mail already opened and taped shut. I've talked to the folks at this location (where our mail is routed) and no one cares???
