Appointment was 10 am. They open 7am. I checked in 7am. And get out from there 8 am. Front desk lady was very nice 👍.

Picked up a load here and had a smooth experience overall. GPS brought me straight to the location with no issues. After entry, I backed up and parked along the fence, then went to check in with my license and DOT number.
My appointment was at 3:00 PM, but I arrived early and checked in at 12:30 PM. They gave me a door with instructions not to open it. If you’re picking up a frozen load, make sure to pre-cool your reefer to -10°F, or you’ll have to wait until it reaches the desired temp. Someone will check your trailer temperature and then direct you to back into the door.
Once in position, you’re required to disconnect your trailer’s air line so they can place a lock on it. Loading started at 1:30 PM, and I was out by 2:30 PM—so they were pretty quick.
Not sure if overnight parking is allowed on-site, but I did see a few trucks parked on the street nearby.

I had a great experience personally. The backing in some doors seems like it would be a pain. I luckily had a easy door to back into. No overnight parking. Bring your Drivers license and DOT# when checking in. Took about 2 hours to get in and out. Drive safe drivers!!

They do. It open until 7am for shipping/ receiving. Tough to get in dock if there are a few trucks already here. Nice people.

Had a 12 pm appointment arrived at 1120 was in door right away 1300 done paperwork in hand loaded it's tight no parking really I would advice only showing up about 30 or 45 minutes before appointment sweet lady in office

This place stinks and all the lineages are the same, I arrived at 11am and they told me to come back at 2pm, I had the appointment at 3pm, it's 6pm and they haven't even opened the doors yet, what time do I leave here, screw you lineage…

I arrived a day in advance and they didn’t take it. They said tomorrow at 10:00 but we will open at 7 am. Arrived close to 8am. They told me to wait until 10am. Fuc.

Checked in 1330 for 1400 appt. Got door 1340, still sitting 1430 for a pickup. Luckily it's only going to Clackamas but was hoping to depart before the Tacoma rush hour started

All trucking companies take notice. If a receiver charges any type of late or reschedule fee they can be held liable if you are in a crash while hauling their freight. If you are involved in a crash that is caused by fatigue or speeding because you had to avoid a late or reschedule fee please let the law firm that will be suing you know about the late fee. They will add the receiver to the lawsuit.
