Hello, wanted to share. I had gotten in an accident and totaled my car. Of course the hunt was on for a new one .Eery car lot I went to seem to be very pushy in selling me a car, I was still in shock over the loss of my car and they did not seem to understand the vehicles they were showing me just did not feel right, eventually, I ended up going to Sunset Select Cars and trucks in Auburn. I really was not sure what kind of car I wanted.The first car they showed me I absolutely fell in love with. Tiffany and Brian seemed more like family than a sales person. Thank you so much for going above and beyond for me.🥰 I highly recommend this place..

SHADY!! Yesterday I test drove a 2014 Toyota 4Runner they had listed for $21,000. To see it back on the lot today is just a RED FLAG and comical! This 4runner literally BROKE DOWN on the test drive. I went maybe 5 miles and not even over 30mph before it broke - I went to get up to speed and at 40mph the motor did not want to run, sounded at terrible! I literally had to put my flashers on and limp it back to the dealership, how embarrassing!! I was excited to come look at this car and purchase it but I had no clue about the MAJOR mechanical issues they tried to hide!! Check engine light came on and flashing, traction control error message. All bad but here they are still trying to sell it for $21k! How can you feel good about that!?

My previous car was unreliable, and I didn’t have much to spend on both my down payment and my monthly budget. Tiffany made the whole process super easy, she listened to what I needed and never tried to pressure me into more than I could afford. She found me a safe, reliable, AWD SUV with low miles in my budget. She secured amazing financing and provided exceptional service throughout the entire process. Worked with Tiffany who was very easy going. It felt more like hanging out with a friend vs being pressured into a sale. I purchased a car and brought it back within a few days asking to upgrade because I realized I wanted something newer. Tiffany met me on her day off and helped me find my new ride. Tiffany at Select Cars and Trucks is very friendly and professional. While out shopping for a vehicle I’ve been wanting, Tiffany sold me this beautiful 2013 BMW 650 Coupe M Sport that is in pristine condition. She is helpful and knowledgeable in the vehicle. Their staffs go above and beyond to make my car shopping experience a great one. They have good selections of vehicle to choose but I found my dream car. I am extremely happy with the purchase. The reason for my liking of this dealership is that they are family owned and they made me feel like one of their own. I highly recommend shopping here for your next vehicle. tiffany was great and was able to get me the financing i wanted on the older truck of my dreams. i went on multiple test drive's and took that truck all over before i decided. she really helped me get into all the trucks i wanted to try, ands was able to close the killer deal i needed in the end.
