“I damaged my Tesla model 3's plastic undercarriage cover in Anacortes. A foot long piece of plastic was hanging down from the undercarriage making the car undrivable.
Duct tape got it to Seaside Auto Body where, even though they didn't service Teslas, they removed the damaged piece of undercarriage so that the car could be driven back to Seattle for service.
All for no charge. Highly recommended!”

My dad's 1961 Jaguar MKII sedan rolled backwards into a concrete wall with damage to the bumper, trunk lid, rear quarter panel, and even the rear window. EMP completed the work beautifully and professionally--see the before and after photos. In addition, the Office Manager, Olivia, demonstrated admirable and uncommon integrity in accounting for and explaining double payments issued by the insurer and returning payment to us.
