Terrible customer service. They closed 30 minutes early after telling them we'd be there within 10 minutes of closing. Super rude employees throughout multiple phone calls to the direct line of the location. (All of the enterprise employees on the hotline number were fantastic). Had to have a friend drive me over an hour away to Bellingham to pick up the rental. Absolutely disgraceful. Will never use this service again.

Limited hours. Not great customer service. But no other options on Whidbey or Fidalgo island. The fact that they responded to my last review acting like they care to improve caused me to drop my rating further from 3-2.

Terrible customer service. Tried calling but lost service and the lady on the phone had an attitude. She said ‘can you hear me?’ I said ‘no’ and she said ‘but you responded’ with an attitude like what?? Anyways it was rude. Do better.

Took the buddy over there to pick up a car for his insurance rental, shout out to Geico for having everything figured out, continually making things easier for folks. The lady at this enterprise is smart and informative, there hasn't been anyone at an enterprise location that didn't have their head on straight. As a reminder, if you bring people an attitude, don't be surprised if they give one back or simply aren't very helpful. My guess is that the young lady at the Anacortes location will intelligently advise you out the door if you bring a bad attitude. Our experience was quick, direct and like I stated before, informative. I should probably talk the place down a bit so they always have vehicles to rent when I need one, but they'd go out of business waiting for my friends and I, hahahaha.

Made a reservation on a vehicle, showed up to pick up said vehicle, and no vehicles available. I understand the rental companies are having troubles with supply, but why allow a Reservation? I walked a very long distance with heavy baggage to the location only to call an Uber. Very unprofessional of a company to allow you to make a reservation without supply. Zero stars if I could!

Everyone has been so friendly and helpful! I’ve been renting the last few weeks after my truck was damaged, and all the employees i’ve worked with have been wonderful! Super clean rentals, one car kind of stunk, but they swapped it out really quick for me:)

Convenient location next to the harbor. Staff was nice as well. I’m giving 4 stars because the car Itself was dirty and needed a deep cleaning. The paint is faded because of the caked on bug guts and the windshield was dirty on the inside because of too much overspray from what I hoped to be cleaner. The gas level was half full, which was a little annoyance since I wanted to hit the road without any other needed stops.

Car was clean and well appointed. The rental rep was curt and keep trying to upsell coverages I didn't want which is why the lower starts.
