Highly recommend going to see Fidel Rojo, he helped me and my husband get into a Ford Escape, he didn't stop until we got into what we liked and at a great price. I appreciate how helpful their team is, i appreciate how helpful Fidel is, if you're looking for yourself vehicle wise go see Fidel !!! Thank you Ford Frontier for helping us out !!

Frontier Fords Service Department was stellar last week. My car decided not to start at the gas station, called a tow truck but it finally started. The tow driver followed me to Frontier. (Also super nice!) It was determined the purge valve needed to be replaced. Amanda kept me informed of the cost and when it could be expected to be finished. It was done sooner than I expected and pickup was a breeze. I have to say, I was very impressed because I have avoided Frontier for several years because of a service department issue. Clearly, they have corrected and have considerate, friendly and efficient staff on board. I would recommend their dealership for quality service

Worst experience with a dealership I've ever experienced. We drove our van to have the navigation checked which wasn't working and received a phone call the next day telling us it no longer worked. No power, nothing. They kept our new van for 6 weeks, only updating us after our repeated calls. They lied to us about scheduling Ford engineers to come repair, stating they had to wait for multiple vehicles needing that type of service. (Later finding out that they could bill Ford the longer they keep it) Our van was placed outside with the windows down, eventually taping plastic over the openings. After reaching out to another dealership who promised to help (and repaired it the morning after they received it), a tow company was sent to retrieve our van to tow to the new dealership. The finance manager at Frontier, (wife of the dealership manager), literally blocked our van with her vehicle to cause a delay and additional cost to us for the transport. This was a nightmare...easily avoidable by going to any other dealership.

For the second time, my ford escape lost a motor. I was meticulous about maintenance and Ford sold a terrible product in this model. Furthermore, frontier Ford service department charged me $1000+ for repairs without their own diagnostic, and the car is in worse shape than when it arrived, it's a total loss now with another motor destroyed.
Long story short, boycott Ford and it's dishonest products and employees

Frontier ford has done little to nothing to repair my vehicle since I brought it in late July, '25. I've been waiting on an engine and the customer service has been very unsatisfactory.. They have offered no info or effort in repairing my vehicle which is under warranty. I won't be buying from this establishment ever again and I recommend you don't either. Something has to give soon or I will escalate the matter further. One star is the lowest review or I would give zero

Had an appointment at 10:30 Courtney knew I live on an island and have to make the 4:30 ferry to come home. Service didn’t start the work until 5 hrs after drop off and I couldn’t catch the ferry to come home.

The review I am about to share is from my own direct interactions. The service department is the absolute worst. I think these guys were rejected at jiffy lube. This is the second vehicle I have bought. I went through helllllllll, with the first one. I was so mad about it. I put thousands and thousands of dollars into trying to make it right. 2.5 yrs later I take it back and trade it in. I thought it must be a fluke. After doing all the breaks and having a whole new front end insalled. That was the only reason it lasted as long as it did. I trade it in on this nice jeep. I made sure I paid for the extended warranty and everything. Come to find out they sold me a warranty that covers absolutely nothing. After waiting 5 weeks for service department to fix the suspension issue's. I finaly got the jeep back. Nuts and bols are missing. No sort of alignment has been done, And I smell coolant. When I bought it they showed me paperwork stating it has a new motor. Pretty much the whole selling point . 4 months go by. go by and it start to leak coolent in the vehicle. Find out warranty doesnt cover that. I replace the heater core myself.
months goes by and and now it's overheating again. There is metal flakes in my radiator. So I call and get some bs story about how they don't check that, and the service department would not have done that. Now out of pocket again I am stuck after $4,000 warranty that I bought with the vehicle. Frontier ford stands behind nothing they say. Good luck out there. Remember to trust your instincts

Bought a used 2023 F-150 a couple months back. Within days the check engine light popped on. I learned it had permant stored engine codes. I've tried to get them to address and fix the issue and keep getting he run around. The light has since been turning off and on randomly. After driving the hour there and back 3 separate times, taking 3 days off work sitting there upwards of 6 hours this last visit with it still unresolved , I've decided to cut ties and bring it to a reputable dealership. Although the buying process went well, I cannot recommend this dealership.
