We just finished having new carpet installed in our home, and we couldn't be happier with the results! The installation process was quick, professional, and hassle-free. The team was friendly and efficient, and the quality of the carpet and installation is excellent. Highly recommend this company!

I can’t say enough good things about this company. We just finished replacing carpet and installing LVP flooring in our house on Orcas Island. Quality and selection of products is outstanding but better yet is customer service and quality of installation. It’s a challenge to have work done on Orcas but this project went without a hitch. The owner, Geoff, is accustomed to working in the islands, as is the very experienced installer, David. Geoff’s excellent communication was much appreciated. We will definitely work with them again for our next flooring project.

We are nearing completion on a major remodel of half of our house. Over the nearly 2 years of this project, we have had extensive experiences with a large number of various contractors through this process, including the other local flooring company in town, and we feel very well qualified to say that Geoff (and his office manager Letty) are the absolute best around. Due to a plumbing failure, we actually had the exact same flooring (floating Kahrs engineered hardwood) installed twice, the second time by Gateway Interiors. They also removed and reinstalled baseboard and a small section of tile for us. The quality of workmanship that Gateway provided was an enormous improvement, and in fact they found and remedied multiple issues which would likely have caused the first floor to fail without a warranty (plumbing issues aside). They were fast with a detailed, fairly priced estimate. And, at the end of the project, the estimate was the price we actually paid. Changes to the scope of the project were communicated up front with accurate cost estimates provided. They were exceptionally friendly and responsive to work with, fast, trustworthy, AND their installers were too. We will absolutely return to Gateway for our future projects.

I have a property in Anacortes that needed all new flooring. I found this local company, Gateway Interiors. The owner Geoff was fantastic throughout the whole process. Clearly explained everything and was communicative during the entire process. The flooring came out fantastic too. I will def use him for future services and highly recommend.
