The Anacortes branch has amazing employees and incredible customer service! I won't put names of each employee on here, but they are most informative and helpful. They will suggest ideas for investment or better interest rates. They are all extremely friendly. It is a pleasure to do business with them. You rarely find service like this anymore!

I was accused of being a criminal by the manager Christi.I’m a well known community member, and just wanted to clear up a double withdrawal on my account.Beware this manager. Her employees are all great people.

My check was held for 8 days. There are a lot of ways this could have been handled by a bank manager, none of the “escalation” took place on their part. I reached out, I emailed, no one did anything.

This bank is scam you setup a account for not overdraft. Or so you think you are. My debit card had been hacked 3 different times in 1 year. On the 3rd time they decided to give me $3,600 in "credit" Wich was the amount spent on my account for fraud. And they never did the "credit" thing 2 times before this. Well they have now not said anything to me and they put my account 3,600$ negative. But they do it in increments they see that I get direct deposit on Friday and put my account negative $1,000 each week to make sure I don't get a paycheck it's garnishing my wages 100% which is illegal

AWFUL and most TERRIFYING experience. They do not work with you at all, they take it up on their selves to take money give NO notice. KeyBank says they are opening doors for your future when all they do is screw you over in the long run and not help you work or help you get your money back from fraud. The worst bank.

I've been using banking services for at least sixty years and I have found that this Key Bank branch to be one of the most helpful, friendly, knowledgeable, and competent branches I have ever worked with! I highly recommend them for anyone, personal or business banking!

This bank will ask for your social security number if you deposit any cash at all. I deposited $1400 that i was paid for loaning someone and they asked for all my info ss included. I have an account with them (i assume this was just for the government). They hold checks up to 10 days which can be common but again i have an account and it was a cashiers check. Im pretty sure a cashiers check should be treated like cash. Thats what chase and wells fargo do. I will be closing my account tomorrow and will continue to keep my chase and wells fargo accounts. There is a reason Key is closing so many branches its just a shame that so many jobs will be lost when they go under to the banks that aren't making it hard on people to deposit money or receive the money they worked hard to get.

WORST BANK EVER The tied up my money for months based on their call that my online activity looked suspicious. Customer service is non existent.... I think that they are so over controlled and over regulated by headquarters that they can't fix their wrongs. Avoid at all costs.

Terrible customer service. Bank manager does not call back in a timely matter. I had to call three times before going in to get an answer from them. There is never enough staffing, they aren't willing to go above and beyond for their customers, and then use the excuse "that they are busy" or "understaffed". Had a dispute and they acted like they didn't care since it wasn't their money. I have banked with them for over five years, their overdraft fees are ridiculous, Will never bank with them again after this last month. It is terrible that they can operate that way. They have changed managers multiple times over that last five years as well.

Terrible experience. We are building a home and occasionally have needed a document notarized. I travel during the week, so Saturdays are my only opportunity to get this done. In the past, although we don’t have an account, they were happy to assist, until today.
We walked in, no one was behind the counter but we heard voices in the back. We writhed and then walked around the corner (to your left as you enter the bank) and were told that someone would be with us shortly. As the line built behind us they finally came out to help. We told the tall blond woman that we needed a notary. She asked if we were customers if the bank. We said no. She informed us that she could not help us. That service was only for people who had accounts with Key Bank. We shared that we had been there 4-5 times over the past year, as recently as s couple of weeks ago and they were happy to help.
Nope, can’t help you. You might try the title company down the road she told us. Terrible customer service. Not a good way to endear the public and potential future customers, especially ones who don’t mind sharing our experiences on social media.
Skagit Bank, two blocks away was delighted to help.

Very helpful and of special note is the apparent utter lack of judgement regarding the value of the customer's accounts. Nice and most appreciated!
