Our rent car had a bad tire and they promptly checked it and repaired it for free!!! Excellent service…if we lived here they certainly would be our go to tire store!

I had an awesome experience here! I've had a slow leak in one of my tires for a while and was too anxious to take it in, thinking I would need to get a new tire or two. Turns out I had a screw stuck in there that I couldn't see. They plugged it for free and sent me on my way. The folks that work here are fantastic. Thanks again!

Anacortes Les Schwab gave me the worst service I have ever had. Made an appointment days before I was to be there. Ended not getting a complete set of tires that day for they kept putting cars ahead of me. Finally after waiting for an hour and a half after my scheduled appointment i was told that there were 2 cars ahead of me yet again! The young lady at counter didn't seem at all concerned. It was raining and cold and I went home which was hours away...never to return again.

DO NOT COME HERE IF YOU HAVE WHEELS OR JUST A CAR THAT YOU TAKE GOOD CARE OF! I was told not to come here but for some reason I still went. Maybe it's the fact that they had the tires I needed on hand. Anyhow, I was told not to use Les Schwab since my wheels would probably get damaged because their technicians are not equipped with the proper tools to remove tires from powder coated wheels. Being that I brought in a different set of wheels I thought my wheels would be fine since they're not dismounting the tires, just removing one set of wheels and replacing them with another. I provided my wheel locks along with the tools to remove my center caps the technician decided that he would just jam whatever tool he had on hand and damaged my powder coated center caps. When I picked up my vehicle, I saw that the center caps had been damaged. When I asked one of the techs outside he answered in a defensive manner and nasty attitude so I'm assuming it was him. I spoke with Josh at the counter and he was truly helpful and was willing to help fix what was damaged. The other guy on the other hand, I will go back and get his name also is the same guy that gave me an initial quote about a month ago. I should have known then that I should not have come here. The crazy part is that I got my tire patched here before and Jonathan did not damage my center caps he used the tool the I provided. I don't think I would come here again because it cost me money to buy new tires and now I have to figure out where to go to fix what this guy damaged. Lastly this mechanics laziness left me a bunch of weight foam and residue that I have to remove, I also had to properly air up my tires to the proper pressure, and he over torqued my lug nuts.

Lovely first time experience. Thanks to Noemi and the staff, my first visit to this location for a tire rotation was AMAZING! Will definitely be back when I'm ready for new tires. Everyone was kind, thoughtful, and did a fantastic job with a smile!

I didn't like Les Schwab before, but my girlfriend convinced me to give them another chance and I'm glad I did! The new Manager Travis was exceptional with his customer service and went above and beyond to provide me with what I wanted, without being a "salesman"and is truly a great guy as was the rest of his team...thanks Travis and thank you Les Schwab for making me and my lovely girlfriend smile!

I booked an appointment online to have a tire replaced. The online booking process indicated they had the right tire. Over the phone they verbally confirmed they had the exact same model tire. They even sent me a email of the cost with the right tire identified. I took the ferry in from the San Juan Islands for my scheduled appointment only to find out they didn't have the tire. This all felt like a ploy to just get me in so they could sell me a complete set of different tires. They did not care at all about the hassle they had caused. Can't trust this business.
