“Had a wonderful experience with Nicole. We were in and out within nine minutes for a new passport application. She was super helpful, knowledgeable and very friendly. Also loved that when we called the post office in the morning they answered right away. That’s the first post office in Washington state that has ever answered their phone when I’ve called.
