“I was visiting from UK and needed a document notarizing and then sending yo Florida by Fed Ex. I had a pre paid label from UK to Florida. I left the package with them, but FedEx advised they couldn't use the label as UK one needed customs papers. They took the time to find the phone number of my witness who was a friend I was visiting in Anacortes, call us and have me come back in to do the correct label. Amazing custimer service and care. Thanj you.”
