I was given an out of pocket price for a prescription medication over the phone. When I went in to pick it up, they charged me $100 more for it.

They recently raised the prices of the monster energy. Beside that I have no complaints about the 5 times I’ve been there. It’s always very fun there maybe that’s because i always bring my friends. The employees are very nice. Another complaint is that they have safety locks on the pregnancy test for some reason.

**** UPDATE ****Once again , we have had HORRIBLE service. I called to see if a prescription was ready as we had a boat to catch and I was speaking loudly as someone was driving (I was the passenger) and the Rite Aid person said stop yelling, I explained I wasn't and they said they were going to put the prescription "on hold" and it could be filled at another pharmacy. Then hung up. SO RUDE

By far the worst pharmacy I’ve had to deal with. Zero communication, will never answer the phone, clueless. If the medication required wasn’t half the price that it is at Walgreens, I would never walk into another Rite Aid.

The store is short staffed and it shows. The lines are always long and the working staff stressed. I prefer rite aid over Walgreens but I do wish the pharmacy was able to keep staff. I haven't been mistreated or had a bad experience but I feel the tension every time I go there.

If you don't die of old age waiting in line at the pharmacy, you might pass away waiting for your prescription to be filled.

Yesterday I witnessed the visiting pharmacist from Whibey island not only be disrespectful to me, but extremely heartless to another patron. She tried to first make a huge deal out of coming from there. it's a 20 minute drive and another young woman came from Olympia the other day with no complaints. this patron expressed how life threatening it is, to not have her medication. She didn't care and actually laughed at this patron. then tried to deny it and say they were laughing at their misery; mind you myself and others heard her mocking the woman saying she was crazy. this patron had every right to be upset. this pharmacist refused to look up the number to another pharmacy for me saying the store doesn't pay her cellphone bill. it was to transfer my folic acid. if that isn't bad enough I'm pregnant and got told it was otc. i have a script for it. and got told she understood my issue but it wasn't her problem.disgusting.

My wife and I scheduled a vaccine appointment to get the Johnson and Johnson booster shot about 4 weeks out. Periodically throughout, they would send us email and text reminders that we were scheduled for the J\\u0026J booster, even naming it in every message they sent. The day of the appointment was no different, by 9 am we were reminded again. We drove the 30 minutes to get to this Rite Aid only to get there and be told that they have no J\\u0026J boosters. 60 minutes round trip for nothing. With all the messages they sent, you think they could send you one saying \\\"we don't have your shot.\\\"

There was a maskless woman in there today *coughing* and when I asked the employee to please enforce mask wearing, she told me that "legally" they can't enforce mask wearing. Actually, it is completely legal, and it's the choice of their business not to enforce it. We are literally under an emergency order right now in Washington state as covid-19 cases continue to climb. Don't lie to your customers. It is 100% your choice to allow people to walk around your store without a mask and cough near others. Rite Aid should be ashamed.
