The staff at Anacortes Safeways pharmacy were most helpful and professional. Despite the many customers , they assisted me with my medications needed for a 6 month overseas trip . Thank you.

Switched from Rite Aid due to them closing. It’s been months and never got my discount that everyone gets for switching. In the app, none of my rxs even show. I asked for assistance and still haven’t gotten an answer as to why nobody can locate my stuff. Been calling for 3 days straight, no answer. Not even an option to leave a voicemail. Sucks that they are the only ones in town who take my insurance, otherwise I would’ve high tailed it outta there asap. These people don’t give a shit about their customers. That much is obvious.

They will shut the window in your face for an hour lunch break even if you’ve been standing in the line for 5+ minutes. It could take 3+ days for them to fill a common medication prescription. Not friendly or apologetic about any of that.

I’ve been using the Anacortes Safeway pharmacy for over 5 years. They have been consistently professional, friendly, and thorough. On some occasions, above and beyond expectations. With the recent Rite-aid closure their business has increased dramatically. They are doing their best to handle it. I appreciate their hard work.

Worst pharmacy I’ve ever been to. Staff is rude and unprofessional. After moving we asked them to transfer our prescriptions, a week later my wife called to check in and was given nothing but rude condescending attitude on the phone by Madison, not sure what the pharmacist is doing but based on other reviews I’m reading they’re just as rude. Will not use this pharmacy, I would advise if you’re new to town or looking to transfer your prescriptions keep them away from this Safeway. I would rate this experience 0 stars if it were a possibility

Two or three times now I've had a very rude pharmacist. The younger people are actually usually very helpful, but there's this very rude lady pharmacist who has hung up on me before I finished speaking when asking status on meds, just in immediate "your meds are in" and hanging up. And then jumped to conclusions about me requesting a controlled substance after a wisdom tooth removal without even asking any questions about it. Just instantly assumed the worst.Will be changing pharmacies, tired of the negative experiences.

I am very disappointed and taken aback by the pharmacist Cynthia. Not only was she condescending and rude, but she verbally attacked me in front of my son. Very unprofessional.

I've started getting all my immunizations (annual flu, shingles, etc) at Safeway. I love the waiting room and they're quick. It's much better than other local pharmacy options for shots.
