Ship Harbor Inn is a clean and quiet hotel with beautiful water views and comfortable beds. It is super close to the Anacortes Ferry, with great parking for walk-ons. The rooms offer great water viewing, and there are beautiful places outside, including a patio, to enjoy the view and watch the ferries come in. Some rooms are not much larger than the queen bed, while others are larger or are cottages with kitchenettes. The hotel is pet friendly. Amenities include a fridge and freezer, in-room Keurig machines, and clean, efficient laundry facilities. The continental breakfast is very basic, with waffles noted as good. There is a coffee area and nice outdoor seating areas for visiting. Some minor issues noted include a coffee area sink with questionable rust, a very small room size for some, a sticky floor in one cottage, and a balcony design between rooms that lacks privacy. The experience can vary, with some guests very happy and others feeling the room quality did not match the price. Many guests state they would stay here again and recommend it.
