I’ve purchased almost all of my home furnishings from Tracy’s and have never been disappointed in the service or the quality. A few years ago, I bought a Stressless chair. Mary Beth looked at my current home furnishings and helped me pick out the right chair in the right color. Then, this past January, with Mary Beth’s kind guidance and impeccable taste, I bought a custom Smith Brothers couch, which is as sturdy as it is beautiful. Tracy’s will also be my go-to furniture store!

My husband and I walked in to Tracy’s furniture and immediately had a great experience. Mary Beth guided us through the whole process of furnishing from scratch in our new home. We had so much fun and we love our pieces. Outstanding quality and beautiful. We highly recommend this store and Mary Beth!We invested a good amount of money and it was worth it for the quality and longevity of these pieces.Thank you!

We purchased a love seat and recliner for our living room a couple of years ago and continue to be very pleased with it. The service we received after the purchase has equaled our first impression of the friendly efficient staff. (The recliner had a component in the electrical device that moved the recliner in and out of service but our inconvenience was short lived & quickly repaired at no cost.)Since we have been so pleased we returned last month to purchase a new mattress. That has been an equally pleasant experience. Staff were very helpful since mattresses have changed/improved vastly since our last experience (15 years ago) and we needed information. They asked pertinent questions, listened carefully, & made excellent suggestions.Next purchase will be a Murphy bed in a credenza to update our guest room & create a sewing room for me. They will be getting these units in stock later this month and I look forward to doing business with them again. The furniture quality and friendly service is an exceptional experience, & I recommend them highly.Carol Volkman

In 2018 I received two IMG electric recliners which I paid over $5000.00. I can not recommend this product due to multiple problems. Currently the electric motor controlling the reclining mechanism has failed. The customer service department from Tracys has made 5 trips to my home in the past two months attempting to repair the problem without success. The lack of follow through from the customer service person with a viable solution has left me speechless, frustrated and extremely disappointed. The customer service person states they will take action and most of the time nothing happens. I have made at the very least 8 phone calls to follow up only to hear nothing has been done and my old batteries are sitting on the desk of the customer service person! Several times blame seems to be laid on the manufacture representative. Beware, any new customer, of this product and the lack of timely workable solution.Helen HaytonAnacortes, Washington

After finishing a major remodel, we were replacing our living room furniture for the first time in 30 years. I walked into Tracy's Furniture with only a vague idea of style, color, and direction. Lucky for me, Mary Beth offered to help and after asking a few questions, she had selected the most amazing materials. Beautiful colors, textures, and designs. Fabrics that I probably never would have thought to mix. And she also guided me to the most perfect area rug that pulled everything together. Because of CoVid the wait was long, but Mary Beth kept me informed of the stage and progress of our furniture pieces. Now that we are enjoying our new furniture, we couldn't be happier. Every item is perfect. Mary Beth has a great eye for design. Everyone at Tracy's is great to work with and that includes the delivery guys. They were very careful with the furniture plus our new flooring and freshly painted walls. Five stars all around.

Tracys Furniture is absolutely great. I ordered furniture and rugs for most every room and was extremely satisfied with the quality of furniture and the choices. BEST of all was working with Mary Beth. She is very talented, creative and knows what she's doing. She made me feel like I knew her for years the first day I came into the store. She is wonderful with follow up and always kept me updated on my orders. I will add that everyone I encountered at Tracys was very helpful and welcoming. Toni Dudley

Recently remodeled my home and needed to update my old, tired furniture but didn't know how to begin. Walked in to the store in need of guidance and Mary Beth really listened and then gave me options to choose from. She was patient and it was clear she has great style, so I felt I chose the perfect items with her help. The delivery guys, Joe and Jordan, were very professional and courteous. They were punctual and worked quickly, but were mindful of my newly painted walls, new door/doorway, and new flooring. I love my furniture! Everything came out looking so much better than I imagined, thank you Joe and Jordan for being so careful, and to Mary Beth for providing five star service!!
