I've been coming here for my Amazon returns for 8 years and I've never had a problem. I'm the type of person that keeps my Amazon boxes or plastic bubble bags until I find out if I need to return it or not that way I can box and label myself. I even save an extra couple boxes and bubble bags just in case I need them later. I'm not sure how quick it is when you have UPS print your labels and box for you but I do know if you box and label yourself it's real fast, in and out in under 3 minutes. When they're super busy around the holidays they just leave a bin in the front for returns that way you don't even need to wait. I can remember about 1 year ago a worker there was definitely not a customer service type of person but I haven't seen them since so I'm guessing they no longer work there. Other than that all the people that work there are great.

Store 6773 is my favorite ups store. The staff are always so incredibly welcoming and helpful. Im so grateful for their kindness and support.

I can’t say enough about this ! I have neuropathy of my feet, as I was walking to the store. A female employee came out to take my package from my armpit ! As I was waking with my walker too the Store. Return item quick and fast as she saw I wasn’t steady on my feet even with the walker. I tip my hat too her 🎩 🫵🏻‼️

I was treated very poorly today!!! After I’ve politely waited in line for nearly an hour in many previous visits. Today, I had several packages to return today and the lady told me I couldn’t “Monopolize “ that much time! She continued to tell me that I couldn’t do that again. I had simple Amazon returns that were very easy to scan in however she continued to roll her eyes and make rude comments the entire time! I thanked her for her help and told her to have a great day! Hopefully she will be kinder to the next person with more than one package! To top it off there was no one waiting in line!!!

Hands-down, the best UPS store ever! Everyone is always so nice and kind, they even hold the door open when you have a heavy package. They go above and beyond to make sure that you are taken care of. We have been utilizing this store for five years now and every employee interaction has been wonderful. Even when they are busy, they are fast and efficient and get through the line quickly. Thank you, Anacortes UPS.!

I am so disappointed with the lady at the front desk at the UPS Store. She was the older lady long greyish hair. I understand that your store is a franchise but you are affiliated with UPS. You should be able to assist. She was terribly rude and had zero people skills. Folks like this should not be working in a service industry job such as UPS.
