The customer service is severely lacking. First in branch experience and I was honestly flabbergasted.I am that this is the level of customer service at US Bank. I was willing to write off the first experience of standing inside the Bank to deposit a check in to my account and being ignored completely by two different tellers as they chatted, answered phone calls and didn't even bother acknowledging my existence. I thought maybe they were just busy, or having a rough day. Even when I left and just went to a check cashing place and paid money to cash a check because I stood in the bank for so long without being even spoken to.
However, after this second experience with your call center, "fraud dept" and "24 hour bankers, " its clear that this is your standard operating procedure.
If I performed this way at my job, I would be fired ?♀️
I am waiting for all of my transactions to clear, and then I will be closing this account. For a town with so many banking options, you would think they would try even a tiny bit to have even aminimal level of acceptable customer service.

If I could give this bank 0 stars I would. I've been a caregiver to the sweetest man for 2 years. I am paid by check 2x a month the 1st and 15th. Im with him 6 days a week and work long hours. Long story short the customer service here is the worst. I have trouble everytime i go into cash my check and am treated like a criminal. I understand people take advantage of the elderly all the time but this is NOT the case. Its been a problem for the past 6 months and yesterday was the worst of it. My character has been slandered and defamed and I've already contacted an attorney as this has caused severe hardship on me. I shouldn't have to deal with being treated this way to cash my check. Given the fact that we had a huge ordeal on the last time my check being a little higher since I worked several overnights 24 care and they decided to call Adult protective services etc. And it was all confirmed that inwas indeed the caregiver and I am paid twice a month. I've never felt so belittled and treated like a criminal. It's really unfortunate that there are actually vulnerable elderly folks out there getting taken advantage of and nobody turns a head but me a caregiver who genuinely cares about my client and is just trying to provide for my family and cash my paycheck like any other human being gets mistreated. Me being livid is an understatement and I fully intend to report higher and possibly seek out to an attorney. I will being filing complaint. The employees there definitely let their heads get wayyyyy big and I sure won't let it slide this time. You do NOT treat people like this.

Worst banking experience in my life. Ive had the same account w them since I was a teenager. Between the $25 a month in “maintenance fees” and the fact that the staff always makes me feel uncomfortable there. They would go into my accounts “randomly” and call/email me and ask why I have x amount in my checking account! This would happen nearly every other month! When I would go to the drive up, the manager would always single me out, take the transaction from the teller and take it over to deal w me. Never again will I use this bank for ANYTHING! I took my business to peoples bank, guess what, no fees and they are all incredibly nice there! I closed my accounts today and they wouldn’t even give me cash, it had to be a cashiers check. I understand if there is a bunch of $ in the account but there wasnt..

I have been banking with this bank for years but this branch is the very worst customer service I have ever experienced. I just went in to do a simple addition to one account and Christine Love informed me that this once simple service is now by appointment only and turned me away. Even though she and all the other employees were having a personal discussion and clearly not working when I entered the lobby. I am floored at the completely lack of professionalism.

Terrible bank I get fraud 5 times within 1 year the bank has zero online security when you forget ur password when trying to login you have to call a number the ATM is terribly set up wrong it doesn't work or is out of service 95 percent of the time the ATM is set up wrong you can move money to accounts ect the staff is nice but iffy

Have been using this bank for 6 years. They have always been very pleasant to work with. In fact Hailey called me at home the other day and asked if everything was ok and if I needed anything bank related to let her know.

My experience at US without an account wasn't anything too special but it wasn't at all terrible either. Pretty relaxed for the most part. There was one day I went in and decided to open an account based on good experiences from a family member and it was a really awesome experience! I went in an hour before closing with my daughter and Dayna was very warm and welcoming. Answered all my questions and set me up with the best account for me. Everything was so personal and she was so helpful. DAYNA IS LIT you must see her if you're in the area. Super nice, great attitude and very informative!
