Met another family here for dinner. Our waiter wore a ball cap with two embroidered middle fingers. Even my 12 year old son was offended. Beyond unprofessional. I will not return.

We have been eyeballing this place for years saying we need to try it someday. We finally did and we are sad we never made it in sooner. The food was absolutely incredible and the waitress April is an amazing asset to this establishment. We will be back soon! You will not be sorry you went!Kid-friendliness: My daughter is 12. I did see another kid in there quite a bit younger than her.

The sandwiches and chicken are amazing, fries came cold and not very well seasoned. Game area and first table we sat at was quite dirty but after moving tables had an overall good experience.

Great food, staff was efficient and worked together, but they were clearly understaffed. My only issue was the very loud parody one hit wonder type music, while sitting at the bar (I was on my own) was bombastic and didn't contribute to my meal experience.

I listen to KISM FM 92.9 and one day they featured a restaurant in neighboring Anacortes named Vagabond Station.Today I finally had the opportunity to check it out and see if they were as good as the radio made them out to be.I was disappointed that there was almost no parking. They have a tiny parking lot that fits 5 cars with one of those spots being handicapped only. The street parking is only 3 or 4 spots.Luckily I chose to visit at 6:00 pm and there was a coffee shop across the street that had a nice sized parking lot not being used.I was pleased to see that the inside of Vagabond Station was quite eclectic with license plates on the walls and dollar bills on the ceiling. It immediately reminded me of some fun places I used to frequent when I was overseas. The back of the restaurant has a small game room with a pinball machine and some other games. After reading over the menu I made the difficult decision of ordering only one appetizer and one hamburger. There were so many choices I wanted to order, but I had to limit myself to just one of each category.I chose the Whisket (biscuit dough fried in a waffle maker with honey butter) for my appetizer and the Holy Guacamole burger for my sandwich. The biscuit is sliced in quarters and served in pairs. (See photo) and tastes faintly of the honey butter. It is both pillowy soft in the center and crunchy on the edges. The Holy Guacamole is a 4oz patty with pepper jack cheese, several slices of crispy bacon, guacamole, mayo, lettuce, tomato, and a MINI TACO! On a sesame seed bun. I really enjoyed that burger! For my drink I chose the Arnold Palmer. Served in a one quart mason jar and with the option of either unsweetened or sweetened tea.My one less than awesome experience was the shoestring fries. Unfortunately, they were not crispy and a bit soggy.I will return soon to try some of the other menu items that I had to pass over on this visit. The staff were very pleasant, polite and professional.

Great burger and fries. Our group was ornery and waitress did not disappoint. Not sure the name of the burger but the one I got was either a knife and fork or shower after type burger, absolutely worth it and what fell off was great on the fries.

Great atmosphere at this joint. Probably the best burgers you’ll find in Anacortes. Friendly and attentive servers and awesome cooks. Food quality is amazing and fresh. Thanks Reae and Charyse for taking care of me ?

Came here a couple days ago and I'm still thinking about how disappointing it was. Came with my family for dinner, it seemed like there was only one server working (which is unfortunate and I do have empathy). But the service was pretty bad drinks took about 35 minutes to come. We ordered mozzarella sticks as an appetizer and after they were brought to the table they said they were out of marinara. That's something you check before you throw them in the fryer. I had to ask for my tequila shot about three times. The barbecue sauce tasted like corn syrup. And overall the food was just really disappointing and why I'm giving 1 star. I had the Mac and cheese and it was extremely dry and COLD and I only ate 1 bite. It just felt very sloppy and thrown together. It's very obvious the owners are new to the restaurant industry and need to get a few things dialed in. The food here used to be wonderful. So I really hope they are able to learn and improve. Otherwise I'm not sure if this place will stay afloat.

New owners in 2024 and ruse and incorrect order. Called in the order and it was confirmed at the counter what we ordered only to find out after driving home we didn't get what we asked for. The person who answered the phone and claimed she was manager hung up on us and could not resolve the issue or talk to us. Bad taste with this new ownership. I would rate zero if Yelp would allow.

The server was very nice, but there was just one waitress for the whole restaurant. The food was terrible, undercooked, and arrived literally cold. The server was so busy that she never checked on me, so I couldn't tell her the issue with the food until I had to leave. The owner needs to hire more people, and he needs to speak with his cooks about food safety.

Stopped in on my way back home to Bellingham. Grabbed the standard burger, added a pattie and it was delicious. Very good burger. Not a fan of string fries personally, but that's just a preference and nothing to dock it. Also, the BBQ sauce is not BBQ sauce. It's a maple syrup sauce. Would be great on waffles but not on french fries. Again, not going to dock it a star, just not a fan. But everything else on the menu looked great. It's a dive bar with WAY better food than what should be in a dive bar. And the staff was super nice and friendly. I'll come back again soon for sure, even just for a drive out of town. I did notice the menu is different than the online version. Much different. Cant wait to return.
